dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, ulusal rekabetçilik ve kalkınma programlarında son derece etkin bir yaklaşım olarak benimsenen sektörel kümelenme formasyonlarının dünya geneli örneklerini incelemek ve kalkınma programlarında ortaya koydukları performansı değerlendirmek amacı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda, betimsel bir yöntem izlenmiş, tarım, sanayi ve hizmet sektörlerinde faaliyet gösteren sektörler incelenmiş ve kümelenme yapılanmaları analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca kümelenme geliştirme çalışmaları stratejik karar vericiler için tavsiye edilmiştir
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to examine worldwide examples of formations of sectoral cluster regarded as an intensely effective approach for national competitiveness and development programme, and to assess its performance for the development programme. Accordingly, descriptive research method conducted for examining sectors in agriculture, industry and services, and analysed its cluster formations. Cluster development studies are suggested for strategic decision makers
