Abstract
Ekonomik Kriz, Maliye Politikası ÖZET EKONOMİK KRİZLERİN AŞILMASINA HİZMET EDEBİLECEK MALİYE POLİTİKALARI Çalışma, ekonomik krizlerle mücadelede mevcut ve olası maliye politikalarını ortaya koymaya çalışmaktadır. Söz konusu politikaların uygulamada başarı sağlayabilmesi adına konu “katışık iktisat” anlayışı benimsenerek ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada, ekonomik krizlerin aşılmasına hizmet edebilecek maliye politikaları, öncelikle herhangi bir ekonomik krizle karşılaşıldığı varsayımı altında sunulmaktadır. Devamında “aşılan” ekonomik kriz sonrası (bir anlamda da olası herhangi bir kriz öncesi) kriz risklerinin en aza indirilebilmesi açısından konu ele alınmaktadır. Economic Crisis, Fiscal Policy
FİSCAL POLİCİES THAT SERVE OVERCOMİNG ECONOMİC CRİSES This study is introducing the existing and possible revenue policies to fight against the economic crises. “Impure economy” concept has been adopted for the subject matter policies to achieve success in practice. The revenue policies that may serve to overcome economic crisis are introduced under the assumption of an economic crisis of any type exists. Later on, after the “overcome” of the crises (In other meaning before a possible crisis) the subject is approached from the angle of reducing the crisis risks to bare minimum.
