Ahmed B. Hasan B. Ahnef'in Kitabu Baytarnâme tercümesi(inceleme-metin-dizin-tıpkıbasım)(vr. 1b - 39b)

Abstract

Bu tez, Kitābu Baytār-nāme adlı tercüme eserin 1b-39b varakları üzerinde yapılan bir dil çalışmasıdır. Çalışmamız, asıl adı Muħtaśaru Kitābi’l-bayŧara olan eser, 13. yüzyılda Ahmed b. el-Hasan b. el-Ahnef tarafından yazılmış olup 30 bâbdan oluşmaktadır. Eserin iki adet Arapça nüshası, iki adet de Türkçe tercümesi bulunmaktadır. İncelemesini yaptığımız metin dokuz bâbı kapsamaktadır. Fakat eserin ilk yapraktan sonra birkaç yaprağı eksiktir dolayısıyla baştan iki bâbı, ayrıca dördüncü bâbı ve dokuzuncu bâbın başlangıç kısmı eksiktir. Çalışma inceleme, metin, dizin olmak üzere üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. İnceleme bölümünde, eserin yazarı, nüshaları ve de çalışma konumuz olan Kitābu Baytār-nāme hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Metnin imla ve dil özellikleri incelenmiştir. Metin bölümünde tercümenin transkripsiyonlu metni bulunmaktadır. Transkripsiyonlu metinde noktalama işaretleri kullanılmış, gerektiğinde satır başı yapılmıştır. Arapça ibareler Arap harfleriyle gösterilmiş ve dipnotta çevirileri verilmiştir. Dizin bölümünde, transkripsiyonlu metinde bulunan tüm kelime ve kelime grupları bulunmaktadır. Kelimelerin anlamlandırılmasında metindeki anlam esas alınmıştır. Son bölümde eserin tıpkıbasımına yer verilmiştir. Çalışma at hastalıkları ve tedavilerini konu edinen bir eser olması sebebiyle bu alandaki araştırmacıların faydalanabilecekleri önemli bir eserdir. Filolojik açından da dil biliminin geçmiş dönemlerine ışık tutmaktadır.

This dissertation is a linguistic study based on the text of 1b-39b sheets of the translation of Kitābu Bayŧār-nāme. The book which is originally named Muħtasaru Kitābi’l-bayŧara is written by Ahmed b. el-Hasan b. el-Ahnef in 13th century. The book consists of 30 sections. There are two Arabic copies and two Turkish translations for the book. The text we examined contains 9 sections. But in the work, there’s some missing sheets after the first sheet. Therefore, the first two sheets, also the 4th sheet and the beginning of the 9th sheet are deficient. The three parts of the study are; the prologue, the text and the index part. In the prologue, the author, copies and the information about Kitābu Bayŧār-nāme is given. The spelling and orthographic aspects of the text is studied. In the text part, there is transcripted text of 1b-39b sheets of the book. Punctuatıon signs are used and when necessary created paragraphs by making start of a line in the transcripted text. Arabic phrases are given in the Arabic language and also their translations are given in the footnotes. In the index part; all words and word groups are given in the transcripted text. When a meaning is given to a word, the meaning in the text is taken as a base. Complete copy of the work is attached at the end of the work. This study consist of the disesases and the cures that are related to the horses and it will be a significant and valuable source for the researchers. The study also leads explanations to the ancient words for philology.
