Abstract
BURSA-KELES İLÇESİNDE TÜTÜN EKİM ALANLARINDA HASTALIK OLUŞTURAN ETMENLER VE ÖZELLİKLE OROBANCHE CİNSİ ÜZERİNDE ARAŞTIRMALAR Bu çalışmada Bursa-Keles İlçesinde önemli bir gelir kaynağı olan Tütün bitkisinde hastalık oluşturan etmenler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Kaliteli ve verimli tütün üretimi için önemli kayıplara sebep olan hastalıkların ve bu hastalıklara neden olan organizmaların tespit edilmesine yönelik çalışmaların artırılması gerekmektedir. Daha sonra bilinçli bir şekilde mücadele yollarına gidilmelidir. Türkiye ve Dünya'da son yıllardaki tütün üretiminin azalma sebeplerin araştırıldığında hastalık ve zararlıların önemli bir yer aldığı görülmektedir. Tütün tarımında rastlanılan sorunlarla ilgili daha önce yapılmış çalışmalar genellikle eski tarihli olduğu ve erdiği için dar bölgede detaylı çalışma ihtiyacı ortaya çıkmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmada, tütün tarımını etkileyen faktörlerin başında bazı hastalık etmenleri ve parazit bitki olan Orobanche sp.' in geldiği görülmüştür. Bu çalışmada, Bursa-Keles İlçesinde, 2003-2004 yıllarında tütüne hasar veren çeşitli organizmalar ve Orobanche ramosa tespit edilmiştir. STUDIES ON LIVING AGENTS, AND ESPECIALLY OROBANCHE GENUS, CAUSING DISEASES AT TOBACCO FIELDS IN KELES OF BURSA PROVINCE,TURKEY In thıs study, it has been worked to determine the living causal agents of diseases on tobacco plantings in Keles District of Bursa Province, Turkey; because of tobacco plants being important as income source in the Keles. Apart these agents, Orobanche genus as a plant parasite was also our favourite causel agent. For producing quality and profitable tobacco, these disecases and causel agents which are causing important loss in products, must be investigated very much as possible. Later, it is necessary to control them effectively. When the cause of decrease of tobacco production in Turkey and World, is investigated, it will be seen that diseases are playing important role. Some work related to the problems on tobacco cultivation are and general, so it is necessary to work in detail with some local districts. In this study, the main factors which effect the tobacco agriculture, were some living agents and a parasite Orobanche sp. In 2003-2004 years, it has been determined that some fungal and bacterial, and agents aparts these parasite plant Orobanche ramosa, were diseased the tobacco plants in the field of Keles District, Bursa.
