Publication: Modern hadis tartışmaları bağlamında muvatta’daki mürsel rivâyetler
Abstract
Modern Hadis Tartışmaları Bağlamında Muvatta’daki Mürsel Rivâyetler Çalışmamızda Muvatta’da yer alan bir grup mürsel hadisi isnâd-metin analizine tabi tutmak suretiyle irsâl-ittisâl konusunu, isnadların geriye doğru büyüme eğilimi gösterdiği ve isnâdların ıslâhı iddialarını incelemeyi amaçladık. Tezin ilk bölümünde Muvatta’, nüshaları, Muvatta’ metninin oluşum süreci hakkındaki bilgi ve iddialar deskriptif bir şekilde verildi; ancak Muvatta’ metninin tarihlendirilmesi meselesiyle ilgili araştırma neticesinde ulaşılan değerlendirmelere de yer verildi. Araştırmanın ikinci bölümünde irsâl-ittisâl ve vasl konuları öncelikle usûl, ricâl ve diğer temel kaynaklar daha sonra bu meseleye yer veren modern çalışmalar ışığında ele alındı. Özellikle rivâyet tarihi açısından bu konunun nasıl anlaşılması gerektiği ve yapılacak değerlendirmelerin isnad teşekkülü hakkındaki düşünceleri nasıl etkilediği de işlenmeye çalışıldı. Tezin son bölümü olan üçüncü bölümde Muvatta’da tespit edilen mürsel rivâyetlerden Kütüb-i sitte’de mevsûl senedle yer alanlarından bir grup, isnâd-metin analizine tabi tutuldu. Bu analizde ilgili rivayetin, önce İmam Mâlik’in döneminde telif edilen, daha sonra ise Muvatta’dan sonra kaleme alınan eserlerde nasıl yer aldığı ortaya konuldu. Muvatta’da mürsel olmasına rağmen başka eserlerde de muttasıl senedle bulunan rivâyetlerin isnad-metin analizi yapılarak isnaddaki değişimin metni ne derece etkilediği tespit edilmeye çalışıldı. MURSAL HADĪTHS IN MUWATTA’ IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN HADĪTH DISCUSSIONS The thesis consists of an introduction, three main parts, and a conclusion. The introduction gives brief information about the subject of the study, its purpose, importance and the method used in the thesis. The first part of the thesis discusses the Muwatta’, and the Transmissions of it, The Method of Imām Mālik in the Muwatta’, The Process of Compilation of the Muwatta’, and the Dating of the Muwatta’ according to Muslim and Western scholars with their arguments. Finally my opinion about the dating of the Muwatta’ obtained during the research. The second part analyzes two most important concepts of the thesis, irsāl and ittisāl, from Usūl al-Hadīth, ‘Ilal al-Hadīth, Rijāl Sources and Modern Literature. Besides exhibits how these terms are used and explained in the classical sources. In addition, an analysis of the Dating of Isnād by Orientalist Literature and Muslim sources is given in relation to wasl. Finally, the Backward Growth of Isnāds/ Backward Projection and Gradual Improvement of Isnāds will be criticized and especially described how these subjects influence the early development of hadīth. The last part of the thesis focuses on the Mursal Hadīths of Muwatta’ selected in the Yahyā b. Yahyā al-Laythī’s Transmission. This part examines eleven mursal hadīths of the Muwatta’ which recorded by similar muttasil isnāds in the al-kutub al-sittah. Moreover, the chapter includes the takhrīj and isnād-matn analysis of the mursal hadīths as well as some particular determinations.
