Karton ambalaj üretiminde faaliyet tabanlı maliyetleme sisteminin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu tez, karton ambalaj üretiminde Faaliyet Tabanlı Maliyetleme (FTM) sisteminin uygulanmasını ve bu sistemin maliyet hesaplamalarındaki etkinliğini incelemektedir. Geleneksel maliyetleme yöntemlerinin yetersiz kaldığı durumlarda, FTM'nin daha doğru ve gerçekçi maliyet bilgileri sağladığı, böylece maliyetlerin daha adil bir şekilde ürünlere dağıtılmasını mümkün kıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Tezde, FTM'nin temel prensipleri, maliyetlerin faaliyetlere dayalı olarak atanması, maliyet havuzlarının oluşturulması ve sürücü temelli maliyet ataması gibi konular detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca, FTM'nin karton ambalaj üretim sürecindeki uygulama örnekleri ve bu uygulamaların işletmelere sağladığı maliyet avantajları incelenmiştir. Sonuçlar, FTM'nin işletmelere maliyet azaltma ve verimlilik artırma konusunda önemli fırsatlar sunduğunu göstermektedir.This thesis examines the application of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) system in This thesis examines the application of Activity Based Costing system in carboard packing production and its effectiveness in cost calculations. It has been determined that Activity Based Costing provides more accurate and realistic costinformation in cases where traditional costing methods are in adequate, thusenabling a more equitable distribution of costs to products. In the thesis, the basic principles of Activity Based Costing, assignment of costsbased on activities, creation of cost pool sanddriver-based cost assignmentare discussed in detail. Inaddition, application examples of Activity Based Costing in cardboard packing production procesand the cost advantages provided by these application to enterprises are examined. The results show that Activity Based Costing offers significant opportunities to enterprises in terms of cost reduction and efficiencyincrease.
