Abstract

Populism which develops together with art is very important in the today's art circumstances, since art has been invented. Religious beliefs,politic powers and economic relations which have changed in the different period of time have Continuously affected the art and artists.All these kind of changes were the reasons esthetic sense at different periods. The art which was popular at the prehistoric and ancient ages was performed only by the people who were Aristocrats. After Renaissance,the people who were from bourgeois and ordinary level started to interest with art and then Drawings and paintings were exhibited in the art galleries. It is the right way to evaluate the artists who produce the drawings and paintings,art gallery owners who exhibit them and buyers who buy them together.Artists,buyers and companies which finance the art works are whole.If one of the trivet is missing,the whole will be broken.As a result of this,if there is no artist,there will not be any gallery owner.If there is no gallery owner.there will not be any buyer. Progress of art starts from the artists and end at the buyers.This adventure makes the gallery owners who are Weqotiators very important persons.All these steps create the movements at the art markets and make the art popular.
