Türkiye’de bavul ticareti gelişmeler ve yeni alternatifler

Abstract

TÜRKİYE’DEKİ BAVUL TİCARETİ GELİŞMELER VE YENİ ALTERNATİFLER Çalışma, ağırlıklı olarak son 10 yılda, Türkiye-Rusya ekonomilerinde gündemde kalan Bavul ticaretini dört bölümde analiz etmektedir. Ekonomik krizlere ve dış ticaret politikalarına duyarlı bir seyir izleyen bavul ticareti her iki ülkeden binlerce insanı ilgilendirmektedir. 1998 yılından beri azalan bavul ticareti, son yıllarda Rusya’da meydana gelen siyasi olaylarla birlikte daha da azalmıştır. Çalışma bavul ticaretini tanımını , tarihini ve iktisadi analizini birinci bölümde ele almaktadır. İkinci bölümde bavul ticareti ve bavul tüccarlarının genel yapısı Laleli ve Osmanbey piyasalarında yapılan bir saha çalışması ile birlikte ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde bavul ticaretinde KDV uygulaması ele alınmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde ise bavul ticaretinde son durum ve bavul ticaretine yeni alternatifler ele alınmıştır. ABSRACT SHUTTLE TRADE İN TURKEY DEVELOPMENTS AND NEW ALTERNATİVES This article analyses the Shuttle Trade in four parts. The Shuttle Trade has been in the agenda of Turkish and Russian economies for 10 years. The Shuttle trade concerns thousands of people from two countries and follows a sensitive policy to crisis and foreign trade policies. The shuttle trade has been decreasing since 1998, continued to decrease after the political events in Russia in 2004. The article analysis the definition, history and economics analysis of shuttle trade in the one part. In the second part of the article,the character of shuttle trade and shuttle traders has been analyzed. In the third part of the article, shuttle trade with Value Added tax has been analyzed. In the fourth part of the article, has been analyzed current position of shuttle trade and new alternatives
