Publication: Bir askeri hazır giyim imalat işletmesinin lojistik sistemine ait depo ve stok kontrol faaliyetlerinin barkod destekli otomasyonuna ilişkin vaka çalışması
Abstract
Lojistik hammadde, yarı mamul, mamul madde ve ilgili bilgilerin başlangıç noktasından kullanım noktalarına kadar, müşteri ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması amaçlanarak etkili akış ve stoklanmasının maliyet etkinliği de göz önünde bulundurularak planlanması ve uygulanması anlamına gelir. İlk kez askeri alanda ordulara ait malzeme ve personelin ihtiyaç duyulan yerlerde hazır bulundurulması anlamında kullanılan lojistik, günümüzde işletmelerin vazgeçilmez konularından biri olmuştur. Yapılan araştırmalar lojistiğin maliyetlerin düşürülmesinde büyük rol oynadığını ortaya koymaktadır. Sistem yaklaşımı açısından bakıldığında lojistik sistemin temel faaliyetleri şöyle sıralanabilir : · Sipariş ve Bilgi İşleme, · Satınalma, · Taşıma, · Depolama, · Stok Yönetimi, · Ambalajlama, · Sevkıyat Yönetimi (Rut Planlama). Bu çalışmada yukarıda sayılan tüm faaliyetlere kısaca değinilmiş, fakat uygulama kısmında incelenen işletmenin özellikleri de göz önüne alınarak depolama ve stok kontrol alt sistemleri ağırlıklı olarak ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde lojistik kavramı ve lojistiğin gelişimi genel hatları ile açıklanmış, lojistik sistemin temel faaliyetleri üzerinde durularak, bölümün son kısmında Askeri ve Endüstriyel anlamda lojistik kavramları karşılaştırılmıştır. İkinci bölümde lojistiğin ana kollarından depolama ve stok kontrol faaliyetleri ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiş olup, uygulama bölümüne temel teşkil edecek, OT/ VT teknolojilerinden biri olan barkod sistemi kavramı, yararları ve barkod sistemini uygulamaya karar veren bir işletmenin uygulaması gereken aşamalar açıklanmıştır. Son bölümde ise depolarında yüksek miktarda ve çeşitte stok bulundurmak durumunda olan ve tüm işlemleri manuel olarak yürüten bir askeri hazır giyim imalat işletmesi ele alınarak işletmenin depoya giriş işlemlerinden, depo yönetimi ve sevkıyata kadar uzanan süreç için barkod destekli stok ve depo yönetim sistemi tasarlanarak işletmeye çözüm önerisi olarak sunulmuştur.
Logistics means the planning and the implementation of raw material, produced material and the related information from the starting point to the usage, aiming the needs of the customer with the cost of effectual flow and stocks taken into consideration. Logistic which was first used as providing the presence of the material and the personnel belonging to the armies at the required place, nowadays becomes the undeniable concern of the companies. The researches made have revealed that logistics has a great role in the reduction of the costs. Observing through the approach of the system the basic activities of logistics can be listed as follows; · Processing the orders and the information · Purchasing · Transportation · Storing · Stock Management · Packaging · Transportation Management (Route Planning) In the study, all of the activities stated above are shortly mentioned, but in the implementation section storing and the sub-system of stock controlling are deeply investigated considering the features of the studies company. In the first chapter of the study, the concept and the developments of logistics are briefly described and at the last section of the chapter the concepts of logistics in the Military and the Industry fields are compared by mentioning the basic activities of logistics. In the second chapter, the main branches of logistics that are storing and stock controlling activities are deeply investigated and the concept and the advantages of one of the OT/ VT technologies, barcoding system which will be the basis for the implementation stage, and what kind of stages a company that has decided to use barcoding system should go through are explained. In the final chapter, a military ready-made clothing manufacturing company which has to keep great amount and sorts of stocks and manage all of its enterprises manually is investigated and a barcoding supplied solution is presented for the process from the company's storage entrance operations to the storage controlling and transportation.
