Abstract
ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIK İLE İŞ ETİĞİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA: BİR SAĞLIK İŞLETMESİ ÖRNEĞİ Bu araştırmada örgütsel bağlılık ile iş etiği arasındaki ilişki incelenmiş ve 325 anketin yer aldığı bir durum çalışmasına yer verilmiştir. Örgütsel bağlılık, çalışanların örgüt amaçlarının gerçekleştirilmesi sürecinde kendilerini örgütün bir parçası olarak görebilmelerini sağlayan durumu anlatmak için kullanılmaktadır. Etik genel olarak ahlaki tutumda doğru-yanlış, iyi ya da kötü arasındaki durumu içermektedir ve bu anlayış bireylerin hareketlerine, tavırlarına ve davranışlarına yol gösteren ve alternatif faaliyetler arasındaki ahlaki durumlarına yardım eden ilkeler sunmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında, çalışanların iş etiği algısının örgütsel bağlılık, duygusal bağlılık, devamlı bağlılığı ve normatif bağlılık üzerindeki etkisinin var olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Araştırma verileri günümüzde oransal olarak önemli bir yer tutan, bir hizmet sektörü birimi olan sağlık çalışanlarının değerlendirilmesi neticesinde oluşturulmuştur. Örgütsel bağlılık ve iş etiği ölçeğinin geneline ilişkin Pearson korelasyon analizi sonuçları incelendiğinde örgütsel bağlılık ile iş etiği arasında düşük düzeyli ve pozitif anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Regresyon analizi sonuçları incelendiğinde ise iş etiğinin örgütsel bağlılığı anlamlı şekilde yordadığı görülmüştür. Örgütsel bağlılık ile etiğin kurumsallaşma düzeyi arasındaki ilişkisine bakıldığında normatif bağlılık alt boyutu ile örtülü kurumsallaşma alt boyutu arasında orta düzeyli ve pozitif, etiğin uygulanmasının etkinliği alt boyutu ile orta düzeyli ve pozitif anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Duygusal bağlılık alt boyutu ile açık kurumsallaşma alt boyutu arasında orta düzeyli ve pozitif anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Devamlı bağlılık alt boyutu ile örtülü kurumsallaşma alt boyutu arasında düşük düzeyli ve pozitif anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. THE STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AND BUSINESS ETHICS: A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER This research has examined the relationship between business ethics and organizational commitment with a case study which includes 325 surveys. Organizational commitment is used to describe the case that provides the workers to see themselves as part of the organization at the process of the realization of the objectives of the organizations. Ethics in general contains the position of moral attitude between good or bad and right-wrong and this understanding offers the principles which guide the movements, attitudes and behaviour of individuals and assist the moral positions between the alternative activities. Within this research it's been examined whether there is a correlation between employees's work ethics and organizational commitment, continued commitment and normative commitment. Research data has been created as the result of the evaluation of the health care sector (which proportionally holds an important place nowadays and is a unit of service sector) workers. When Pearson correlation analysis’s results which are related to the overall scale of organizational commitment and work ethics have been examined it was found to be low-level positive and significant relationship between business ethics and organizational commitment. According to the Results of regression Analysis it's Been seen that there is a significant relationship between work ethics and organizational commitment.. When the relationship between the level of institutionalization of ethics and organizational commitment has been examined, it’s been found that there is a moderate and positive relationship between normative commitment sub-dimension and implicit institutionalization sub-dimension and also moderate, positive relationship between normative commitment sub-dimension and the sub-dimension of effectiveness of the implementation of the ethics. It’s also been found that there is an intermediate and positive, moderate relationship between the sub-dimension of emotional commitment and open institutionalization sub-dimension and there is a low level and positive, moderate relationship between continued commitment sub-dimension and the sub-dimension of implicit institutionalization. When the regression analysis results were analyzed, it’s been seen that implicit institutionalization has been significantly commented by the variables of normative commitment, emotional commitment and continued commitment.
