Abstract
BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİNİN (BT) GENEL ÜRETİM MALİYETLERİNE ETKİSİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA20. yüzyılda ortaya çıkan ve hızla gelişip günümüze kadar etkisini sürdüren en önemli gelişmelerden biri, mal ve hizmet üretiminde bilgisayar esaslı otomasyonun kullanılmasıdır. Küçük ve büyük işletmelerde mal ve hizmet üretiminde karşılaşılan bu gelişmeler bütün ülkelerde olduğu gibi ülkemizde de üretim sürecinde etkili olmuştur. Maksimum kârı hedefleyen her işletme teknolojik yapısını güçlendirmek istemiştir. Bilgisayarlar işlenmiş ürünün tasarımı aşamasında, proses sürecinde, bilgiyi alma ve bunu kullanmada yoğun bir şekilde kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma ile bilişim teknolojilerini kullanmanın metal sektörü işletme faaliyetlerine olan etkileri ve bilişim teknolojilerinin genel üretim maliyetlerine etkisi incelenmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir.

These developments in the production of goods and cervices in the small business and conglomerate become affective in the production process in our countury like other countrig.Every businesses that aim to maximize there profit, want to improve their technological structure.Computers are used extensively during the design of the product, process of the product, and the abteining and using the information process.In this study, the effects of the using information Technologies in the business operation in the metals sector, and the effects of the using information technologies in the general production costs were examined and evaluated.
