Hüseyin el-Gölevî’nin kaza ve kader risâlesi’nin tahkik, tahlil ve tercümesi

Abstract

İnsan filleri, aidiyeti, meydana gelişi ve doğurduğu sonuçlar açısından her dönem güncelliğini koruyan bir konudur. Problemin felsefî, kelâmî ve hukukî boyutlarının bulunması, çözümün de kolay olmadığına işaret etmektedir. Bununla beraber, bazı dönemlerde, siyâsî ve sosyal birtakım faktörlerin etkisiyle insan hürriyeti meselesi şiddetli tartışmaların odağı olmuştur. Kelâm ilmi açısından, Allah Teâlâ’nın mutlak kudreti ve ezelî ilmine karşılık, insanın eylemlerindeki irâde ve gücü tartışma konusu olmaktadır. Ehl-i sünnet, bu iki unsuru telif etme gayreti içerisinde olmuş ve özellikle Mâtürîdiyye mezhebi, insan irâdesine özel bir önem göstermiştir. Bu çalışma ise, Hüseyin el-Gölevî tarafından kaleme alınan Kazâ ve Kader Risâlesi’ni konu edinmektedir. Bu risâle, hem Osmanlı Devleti’nin son döneminde sayısı bir hayli artan ve temelde insan özgürlüğünü konu edinen risâlelerden biri olması açısından; hem de Mâtürîdî bir bakış açısıyla insanın özgürlüğünü kanıtlamaya çalıştığı için önemli görülmektedir. Bu çalışma, giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tezin giriş kısmında, insan fiilleri meselesinin tarihi seyri hakkında bir özet sunulmuştur. Birinci bölümde, müellifin kazâ ve kader konusundaki yaklaşımı ve problemleri ele alışı üzerinden bir tahlil yapılmaya çalışılmıştır. İkinci bölüm ise, risâlenin tahkik ve tercümesine ayrılmıştır.

Human action is always an up to date issue in terms of its state of belonging, its result and the way it occurs. The fact that the problem has philosphical, thelogical and legal dimensions makes the solution difficult. Moreover, in some periods of time the human freewill has become a topic for discussion because of political and social reasons. İn terms of Kalâm the human freewill and power in actions becomes a topic for discussion in response to the absolute power and eternal knowledge of Allah. Ahli sunnah, studied compile these two fact and especially Maturidiyyah mazhab has given a greaat importance to the idea of human-will. And the study is about “Kaza ve Kader Risâlesi” written by Huseyin el-Golewî tractate is important because it is one of the tractates which were commonly abundant during the last periods of Ottaman Empire and it greatly deals with the idea of human freewill. It has also great significance for it tries to prove the human freewill from a Maturidiyyah point of view. This study consist of an introductions and two parts. In the introdiction part of the thesis a summary of human actions is presented. In the firs chapter the author is approach on kaza, fate and also his methods are studied. The second part consist of the critical edition and translation of the tractate.
