Görsel sanatlar öğretmenlerinin derslerinde Türk mitolojisi ve Türk kozmolojisine yer vermeye yönelik tutumlarının değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Ankara İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü’ne bağlı ortaokullarda, liselerde ve MilliEğitim Müdürlüklerinde görev yapan görsel sanatlar öğretmenlerinin görsel sanatlarderslerinde Türk mitolojisine ve Türk kozmolojisine yer verip vermemeye yöneliktutumlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Araştırmanın ikinci bölümünde mitoloji ve kozmolojinin sanat ile olan bağlantısınıderinlemesine incelemek adına bu alanların sinema ve dizi, opera, bale, müzik, resim, heykel,mimari ve geleneksel sanatlardaki izlerinin geçmişten günümüze yansımaları incelenmiştir.Görsel sanatlar öğretmenliğinin tarihçesinin ve ideal görsel sanatlar öğretmenininözelliklerinin incelendiği üçüncü bölümün ardından dördüncü bölümde MEB’inuygulanmakta olan müfredat ele alınmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde ise kendisinden öncegelen üç bölümde edinilen ve irdelenen bilgiler ışığında Türk mitoloji ve Türk kozmolojisininmevcut müfredatta nasıl yer verilebileceği örneklerle ve gerekli bağlantılarladetaylandırılmıştır.Araştırma sorularına yanıt almak adına araştırmaya katılan 104 öğretmene likert tipi anketuygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler ışığında yapılan analizler öğretmenlerin cinsiyetlerine,yaşlarına, kıdem yıllarına, mezun oldukları bölüme göre ve dijital platformlara olanüyeliklerine göre değerlendirilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre görselsanatlar öğretmenlerinin büyük bir çoğunluğunun derslerinde Türk mitolojisi ve Türkkozmolojisine yer vermeye yönelik olumlu tutum belirttikleri ancak sanat eserlerininsistematik incelenmesinde kendilerini genel anlamda yetersiz hissettikleri saptanmıştır.

In this research, it is aimed to examine the attitudes of visual arts teachers working in secondary schools, high schools and National Education Directorates of Ankara Provincial Directorate of National Education towards whether or not to include Turkish mythology and Turkish cosmology in visual arts lessons. In the second part of the research, the reflections of the traces of these fields in cinema and TV series, opera, ballet, music, painting, sculpture, architecture and traditional arts from past to present are examined to analyze the connection of mythology and cosmology with art in depth. In the fourth chapter of the study, the history of visual arts teaching and the characteristics of the ideal visual arts teacher are examined besides the current curriculum was discussed. In light of the information obtained and examined, the current inclusiveness of the curriculum concerning Turkish mythology and Turkish cosmology is detailed with examples and necessary connections. For getting answers to the research questions, a Likert-type questionnaire was applied to 104 teacher participants. The data obtained was evaluated and interpreted according to the gender, age, and seniority of the teachers. According to the results of the research, it can be taught that the majority of visual arts teachers have a positive attitude towards including Turkish mythology and cosmology in their lessons, however they are considering about feeling inadequate in the application part of the examination to be made on the works of art.
