Ortaöğretim kurumlarında tekstil alanında eğitim gören öğrencilerin işletmede uygulanan mesleki eğitim (staj) çalışmalarının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Doğada varolan canlılardan insanı ayıran en önemli özellik düşünebilme yeteneğidir ve insanın bu düşüncelerini hayata geçirebilecek becerilere sahip olmasıdır. İşte tam bu noktada yani insanın birey olma yolunda eğitim önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bireyin toplumsal görevlerinden biri de üretime katılabilmesidir. Bireyin üretebilmesi; yeteneklerinin ve becerilerinin farkında olmasına ve kendini geliştirebileceği ortamlarda bulunabilmesine bağlıdır. Mesleki eğitimin ilk başlangıcı, aile içinde meslek öğretimi, usta-çırak vb. ilişkilerinin yaşandığı üretim ortamlarının zamanına kadar uzanmaktadır. Günümüzde ise bireyleri hayata ve bir mesleğe hazırlamak okulların görevleri arasında yer almaktadır. Okul kurumu örgütsel bir yapıya sahiptir. Örgütlerin yaşamlarını sürdürebilmesi; yaşanan toplumsal, ekonomik ve teknolojik değişimlere uyum sağlamasıyla mümkün olabilir. Mesleki ve teknik eğitim veren kurumlar teknolojik ve toplumsal değişimlerden etkilenmektedir. Mesleki ve teknik eğitim kurumlarının en önemli görevlerinden biri endüstri ve sanayi koluna nitelikli ara insan gücü yetiştirmektir. Mesleki ve teknik eğitimin başarısı yetiştirdiği teknik iş gücünün iş hayatındaki başarısına bağlıdır. Bundan dolayı, bu kurumların sanayideki ve teknolojideki değişimleri eğitim programına ve okul ortamına yansıtabilmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu da ancak ülkemizde genel bütçeden eğitime ayrılan payın arttırılmasıyla mümkün olabilir. Toplumları kültürel, sosyal, ekonomik olarak ileriye götürebilecek en önemli etken eğitimdir. Mesleki ve teknik eğitim kurumlarında öğrenim gören öğrenciler okulda bulunan atölye/ laboratuar ortamlarında uygulamalı ders görmektedirler. Öğrenciler lise son sınıfta zorunlu olarak işletmede mesleki eğitim uygulaması yapmaktadırlar. Bu uygulamanın yapılmasındaki amaç öğrencilerin üretimi yerinde yaşamaları, çalışma koşullarını öğrenmeleri ve değişen teknolojiyi sanayide görebilmeleridir. Tüm bunlar göz önünde bulundurularak tekstil eğitimi veren kurumlarda öğrenim gören öğrencilerin, işletmede yapmış oldukları mesleki eğitim çalışmalarının (staj) değerlendirilmesi yapılarak önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Araştırmada işletmelerin çoğunluğunun az sayıda stajyer öğrenci kabul ettiği, öğrencilerin eğitimi için yeterli koşulların oluşturulmadığı, okullardaki atölye/ laboratuar ortamının yeterliliğinin alanlara göre değişkenlik gösterdiği vb. bulgulara erişilmiştir. Çağın gerektirdiği mesleki yeterliliğe ulaşılabilmesi için, mesleki ve teknik eğitim veren ortaöğretim kurumlarının değişen teknolojinin yakın takipçisi olması; işletmelerde mesleki eğitim uygulaması yapan öğrencileri eğitim gördükleri süre içerisinde bilgi ve beceri kazanmalarını sağlayabilecek ortamların oluşturulması; mesleki eğitim uygulamalarının yapılacağı işletmeler seçilirken öğretim programına uygun üretimin ve hizmetin yapılması gerektiği ve işletmelerde öğrencilerin eğitimiyle ilgilenen eğitim sorumlusunun bulunması gerektiği vb. gibi önerilerde bulunulmuştur. The most significant fature that distinguishes human beings from others existing in natural world is their ability of thinking and having ability of carrying out their thoughts. Education has a significant role, at this point in other words education has a significant role, for the person on the way of being individual. One of the social duties of the person is his/ her taking part in production. The person's strength of production depends on his/ her being aware of his/ her ability and capability and being in envirenment where he she can improve himself/ herself. Professional and technical education systems from the relationship between master-apprentice. However in today's world, it is among the schools duties to train the person for the life and career. School institution has an organizational structure and organizations should follow the social, economical and technological changing if they want to survive. The Professional and tehnical education institutions are more affected by the technological and social changing comparing with others. One of the most important duties of the professinal and technical education institutions is to train intermediate human power with qualification for the industrial business life. The success of the Professional and technical education depends on the success of the person in business life they were educated. So these institutions should reflect the industrial and technological changing on the educational programmes and school enviranment. This only can be done by increasing the financial support for educations in our country. We should keep in mind; the most important thing that causes communities to develop in cultural, social and economical areas is education. Students trained in the Professional and technical institutions are supposed to be in a period of time at the start of the job to see if they are really suitable or not and to help them learn the skills better. This period is called Apprenticeship this Appreticeship is compoulsory. The aim to do this pratice is to help them be in a factory environment and by so doing to help them learn the working conditions and see the technological changing in the industrial business.By taking all these into account, as a necessity of the purpose of this study; by evaluating of the students apprenticeship, some advices were given. In the research the facts that factories employ a few apprentice, there is no efficient conditions and laboratories are not enough because of the changeability, considering the various branches and other similar facts were reached. In order to achieve Professional qualification today's time requvires, some advices were given such as that the professional and technical institutions should closely follow the technological changing; some efficient conditions should be formed for apprentice to help them gain knowledge and ability during the time they are training; while choosing the factories in which the students will make appenticeship, it is necessary that these factories productions and duties should be related to the teaching programme and they should have a person who is responsible
