Abstract
Biz bu çalışmamızda sözü edilen Endüstri Meslek Liseleri Metal Eğitimi Kaynakçılık Beceri Eğitiminin yenilenmesi amacı ile bazı görüşler getirdik. Bu görüşlerin temel amaçları şöyledir: 1.Programın beceri işlem yapraklarında aynı becerilerin tekrarlanmasından ziyade yeni becerilere yer vermek; 2.Eski program ile yeni zaman dilimleri bakımından karşılaştırıp daha randımanlı zamanı belirlemek; 3.Eski işlem yaprakları çizimi ile yeni çizim tekniklerini karşılaştırıp daha kullanışlı bir çizim modeli çıkarmak; 4.Eski ve yeni programın yeni ekonomik maliyet analizi yapmak; 5.Meslek Lisesi Öğretmenleri ile endüstrinin işveren ve çalışanların görüşlerini bu tezle yansıtılmasını sağlamak; 6.Öğrencinin eğitime canlı katılmasını ve sonuç testleri ile kendini sınamasını sağlamaktır.
