Publication: Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinde ring taşımacılık faaliyetlerinin maliyet etkinlik analizi ve ulaştırma modelleri yardımıyla güzergah optimizasyonu
Abstract
Bu tez 4 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; sosyal amaçlı yatırım projelerinin değerlendirilmesinde kullanılan maliyet – etkinlik analizi anlatılmış ve örnek projelerin karşılaştırılabileceği maliyet etkinlik göstergeleri verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde; karayolu taşımacılığı maliyet kalemleri ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde; karayolu ulaştırmasının ana sorunlarında olan dağıtım rotalarının optimizasyonu problemi ele alınmış ve bu problemin çözümü için doğrusal programlamanın özel bir kolu olan ulaştırma modelleri üzerinde durulmuş dağıtım rotalarını optimum kılacak metotlar anlatılmıştır. Bu metotlar içerisinde ulaştırma modellerinin uzantılarından olan seyyar satıcı problemi ve çözüm algoritması anlatılmıştır. Son bölümde ise TSK’lerinde icra edilen ring taşımacılık faaliyeti değerlendirilmiştir ve bu kapsamda icra edilen kuzey ringi maliyet analizi yapılmış, bu ringin güzergah optimizasyonu seyyar satıcı problemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Ayrıca OSB paket kullanılarak çözüm tekrarlanmıştır.
This study takes from 4 section. In first section, it was told about the cost-activity analysis,used to evaluate social aim investment projects and given the cost activity indicators to compare with model projects. In second section , it was mentioned about the cost of the road transport. In third section,it was told about the optimization problems of the distribution routa,which Was the main problem of the road transport and mentioned about the transport models to solve this problem,which was a special branch of linear programming and the methods to optimize distribution routa.In thise methods,it was told about the traveling salesman problem,which was the prolongations of the transport models and solution algorithm. In last section, it was evaluated ring transport event ,which was executed in TSK and made north ring cost analysis.Routa optimation of this ring was made by using the traveling salesman problem.In addition,this solition was repeated by using the packet program of QSB:
