Din görevlilerinin verimliliğini engelleyen psiko-sosyal etkenler: İstanbul örneği

Abstract

revlisi, verimlilik, verimliliği etkileyen faktörler ÖZET DİN GÖREVLİLERİNİN VERİMLİLİĞİNİ ENGELLEYEN PSİKO-SOSYAL ETKENLER: İSTANBUL ÖRNEĞİ Bu araştırma; din görevlilerinin verimliliğini engelleyen psiko-sosyal etkenleri belirlemek, ortaya konulacak bilgi ve bulgularla din görevlilerin topluma daha verimli hale gelmelerini sağlamak, bu yönde çözüm ve öneriler getirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Amaç doğrultusunda hazırlanan anket 2009 yılı İstanbul ili Fatih ilçesinde görev yapan din görevlilerinden 100 imam-hatip ve müezzin-kayyıma uygulanmıştır. Anket sonuçları, SPSS 15.0 istatistiksel programında analiz edilerek, yüzde ve frekans dağılımı ile khi-kare testleri uygulanmıştır. Araştırmadan din görevlilerinin verimliliğini etkileyen psiko-sosyal etkenlere ilişkin elde edilen bulgular çalışmanın uygulama bölümünde tablo ve grafiklerle sunulmuş, sonuç bölümünde genel bir değerlendirme yapılarak din görevlilerinin verimliliğini etkileyen psiko-sosyal nedenlere ilişkin çeşitli öneriler getirilmiştir. Key Words: Religious Functuanary, productivity, factors of obstacklingThis study is prepared with the aim of determining psycho-social factors which are preventing the productivity of religious functionaries, providing for these persons to become more productive for society with knowledge and findings to be presented in this study, and bringing solutions and suggestions for this purposes. The questionaries applied on 100 religious functionaries in İstanbul-Fatih district in2009. The data analysed in SPSS.15.0 statistic package program and frekans and khi testes applied. And tables and grafics are derived at the end. At the conclusion part some evaluations and suggestions are made.
