Ailenin kurulması ve korunmasında toplum ve kurumların sorumlulukları

Abstract

Sosyal bir varlık olan insanın ilk sosyalleştiği ve kişilik kazandığı yerin aile olduğu hemen hemen tüm düşünürler tarafından kabul edilmektedir. Aile, bireylerden, toplum da ailelerden oluştuğuna göre ailenin toplum için önemi ortadadır. Bu sebeple, toplum ve toplum tarafından oluşturulan kurumlar, geleceklerini düşündükleri için aileye yapılacak her yatırıma ve aileyi koruyacak her tedbire önem vermektedirler. Aile tarihin her döneminde önemini korumuştur ancak pandemi döneminde görülmüştür ki aile kriz dönemlerinin de en önemli kurumlarından biridir. Zira bu dönemde birçok insan karşılaştığı psikolojik ve ekonomik sorunlardan aile sayesinde kurtulmayı başarmıştır. Toplum için bu önemi bilinmesine rağmen günümüzde, ailenin sadece temel işlevlerini yerine getirememe değil, aynı zamanda varlığını koruyamama gibi bir sorunla karşı karşıya kalması gözden kaçırılmaktadır. Zira kadın-erkek birlikteliği ile oluşan aile yapısı itibarsızlaştırılırken, “toplumsal cinsiyet” adı altında aile dışı birliktelikler bazı çevreler tarafından maalesef özendirilmektedir. Bu sorunun üstesinden gelebilmek için makalede, toplum ve kurumların üstüne düşen sorumluluklar tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çerçevede toplum sorumlulukları; evlilik yaşının en verimli seviyede tutulması, evlilik öncesi aşamaların takip edilmesi, kadının çalışması meselesinin çözümüne ilişkin çalışmalar yapılması, arabuluculuk sisteminin sağlıklı işletilmesi olarak belirlenmiştir. Kurum sorumlulukları ise, aile seminerleri düzenlenmesi, adaylara adli ve sıhhi geçmişleri hakkında bilgi edinme hakkı tanınması, kadını korumaya yönelik düzenlenen kanunların gözden geçirilmesi ve medyanın tahrip edici yönünün ortadan kaldırılması olarak belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca makalede istatistiksel verilerden hareketle ampirik sonuçlar elde edilmeye gayret edilmiştir

It is accepted by almost all thinkers that family is the place where human being, who firstly socializes and gains personality. Since the family consists of individuals and society consists of families, thus the importance of the family for society is obvious. For this reason, the society and the institutions created by the society give importance to every investment and every precaution to protect the family, as they think about their future. The family has always maintained its importance, but it has been seen during the pandemic period that the family is the most important institution, especially in crisis periods. Because in this period, many people managed to get rid of the psychological and economic problems they faced thanks to the family. Although the importance of the family for the society is known, today it is overlooked that the family is faced with a problem such as not only not being able to fulfill its basic functions, but also not being able to maintain its existence. Because, while the family structure formed by the union of men and women is discredited, unfortunately, non-family unions under the name of "gender" are encouraged by some circles. In order to overcome this problem, the responsibilities of society and institutions were tried to be determined in the article. In this context, social responsibilities; keeping the marriage age at the most productive level, following the pre-marriage stages, the issue of women's employment, the mediation system. Institutional responsibilities are determined as organizing family seminars, giving candidates the right to obtain information about their judicial and medical backgrounds, reviewing laws to protect women, and the role of the media. In addition, an effort has been made to obtain empirical results based on statistical data in the article.
