Nonwoven (dokusuz yüzey) esaslı emici bezlerde lif cinsi ve sıklığının, hava, sıvı ve ısı geçirgenliğine etkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

NONWOVEN (DOKUSUZ YÜZEY) ESASLI EMİCİ BEZLERDE LİF CİNSİ VE SIKLIĞININ, HAVA, SIVI ve ISI GEÇİRGENLİĞİNE ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ Bu çalışmada, Dokusuz yüzeyli emici bez olarak; Ürün çeşitliliğinden ve sadece bu ürünlerde sağlıklı bilgi edinildiğinden çocuk , kadın ve yetişkin hasta bezi kullanılmıştır. Bu bezlerde kullanılan lifler , filmler ve diğer yardımcı maddeler belirtilerek, çeşitli nonwoven üretim yöntemleri ile kumaş oluşturma aşamaları detaylı olarak verilmiştir. Nonwoven kumaşların işlenerek nasıl mamul haline getirildiği incelenmiştir. Daha sonra bu ürünlere absorbsiyon, sıvı , hava ve ısı geçirgenlik testleri uygulanmıştır. Bu testlerde numuneler tek tek katmanlar halinde değil kompozit bir materyal olarak düşünülerek testler uygulanmıştır. Testlerde, yapılan anketlerden ve tüketici bültenlerinden alınan bilgiye göre en çok satılan ve kullanılan ürünler belirlenerek, değişik firmaların ürettiği bu bezler kullanılmıştır. Her bezin ağırlığı, hacmi ve yoğunluğu hesaplanarak karşılaştırma yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, bu numunelerin emme, sıvı, hava ve ısı geçirgenlik değerleri bulunarak, sonuçlar tablo ve grafiklerle yorumlanmıştır. Haziran 2003 Mehtap AĞIRGAN

THE AFFECT OF FIBRE CATEGORY AND DENSITY AGAINST AIR, WATER PERMABILITY AND THERMAL TRANSMITTANCE IN NONWOVEN ABSORBENT PRODUCTS In this thesis, as nonwoven surfaced absorber diaper, the lady, baby, children and disabled people's diapers have been used due to material abundance and the fact that the most reflectine results are taken from. The yarns used for this absorbers, films and other asistant materials are studied when the fabric is knitted and their several nonwoven production tecnics have been declared. The way to product nonwoven application has been studied and then, the air,water permability and thermal fastness tests have been applied to these product.In these test, the samples have been tested as compositive materials instead of individual layers. According to the questionares which asked to consumers and reports, the most sold out and used products have been chosen and the production coming from several companies have been tested. They have been companed by calculating the diaper weight, volume and density.
