Abstract
caret Hadleri, Singer-Prebisch Tezi, Dış Ticaret Hadlerinin Gelir Etkisi ÖZET TÜRKİYE’NİN DIŞ TİCARET HADLERİNİN DEĞİŞİMİ VE GELİR ETKİSİ Uluslararası İktisat Teorisi’nde önemli bir yeri olan dış ticaret hadleri kavramı, iktisadi çözümlemelerde ve özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkelerin dış iktisadi ilişkilerinde önemli bir gösterge olarak kullanılmaktadır. Dış ticaret haddinde oluşan değişikliklerin rekabet gücü, milli gelir, ödemeler dengesi gibi makro ekonomik göstergeleri etkilemesi bu kavramı daha da anlamlı hale getirmektedir. Tezde, öncelikle dış ticaret hadleri ile ilgili teorik çalışmalara yer verilmiş, dış ticaret hadleri kavramlarının ihtiyaçlara göre değişen tanımları belirtilmiştir. Daha sonra, günümüzde de hala tartışma konusu olan Singer-Prebisch Tezi’nin oluşumu, gelişimi ve eleştirileri literatür taraması yapılarak tarih sırasına göre yazılmıştır. Son olarak da, Gümrük Birliği sürecinde (1996-2012), Türkiye’nin hem genel hem sektörel hem de ürünsel bazda dış ticaret hadlerinin değişimi incelenmiş ve aynı periyot için dış ticaret hadlerinin gelir etkisi hesaplanmıştır. CHANGES IN TERMS OF TRADE AND INCOME EFFECT IN TURKEY Foreign trade situations, that have an place in International Economics Theory, are used economic analyses and especially in use at developing countries’ foreign economics relationships as an important indicator. The changes in the terms of trade’s impression in macroeconomic indicators such as competitive power, national income and balance of payments maket his concept much more meaningful. In thesis, primarily theoretical studies are given about terms of trade and stated in varying definitions of terms of trade concepts according to the requirements. After, Singer-Prebisch Thesis situation, development and criticisms, which are stil in today matters for discussion, are written in chronogical order with literature scan done. Finally, in process of Customs Union (1996-2012) Turkey’s even general, also sectoral and terms of trade’s changes in product base are examined and terms of trade’s income effect is calculated for the same period.
