AQAP Nato askeri kalite güvence sistemi ve bir uygulama

Abstract

Bu tezle, günümüzde artık yaşantımızın hemen hemen tamamında uygulamalarıyla karşılaştığımız Kalite Güvence Sistemleri nin öncüsü sayılan ve sivil sektörde az tanınan AQAP (Allied Quality Assurance Publications) NATO Askeri Kalite Güvence Sistemleri'ni tanıtmak ve kütüphaneye bu konuda kaynak sağlamak amaçlanmıştır. Kalite Güvence Kavramı'nın geçmişten günümüze kadarki süreci hakkında detaylı bilgiler yer almaktadır. İkinci Bölüm'de, ISO 9000 Standartları'nın doğuşu, gelişimi ve en son revizyonu ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü Bölüm'de, ISO 9000 Standartları'nın atası sayılabilecek AQAP Kalite Güvence Sistemi ile ISO 9000 karşılaştırmaları verilmiştir. Son Bölümde ise, AQAP-120 Kalite Güvence Sistemini'nin Gölcük Tersanesi Komutanlığı'ndaki uygulama örneği ile konu somutlaştırılmıştır.In these thesis, AQAP Nato Military Quality Assurance System which is accepted to be the leader of the Quality Assurance Systems that we meet almost in the whole of our life and which is not known too far, is intended to be identfied and to be a source in this subject. In the first part, the process of Quality Assurance Concept from past to today is identified in details. In the second part, the birth, devlopment and the last revision of the ISO 9000 standarts is mentioned. In the third part, AQAP Quality Assurabce Systems which is accepted to be the ancestor of ISO 9000 standards is compared with Iso 9000 standarts. In the last part, the subject is ended with a model of AQAP 120 Quality Assurance System in Gölcük Dockyard Commandership
