İpliğin triko tasarımına etkileri

Abstract

“İpliğin Triko Tasarımına Etkileri” başlıklı tez çalışmasında örmede ipliklerin ve makinelerin değişim ve gelişim aşamaları, tasarım kavramı ve tasarımcı yaklaşımları incelenmektedir. Tez çalışmasında, iplik çeşitleri incelenerek makine ve tasarıma göre belirlenmesi, bu ipliklerin makinede ve üretimden sonraki etkileri, üretim sürecinde tasarımcı rolü ve yaklaşımı anlatılmaktadır. Yapılan araştırmanın amacı teknik gelişmelerin ve teknolojik imkânların tasarım ve tasarımcı açısından değerlendirilmesi ve günümüze kattığı değerleri aktarmaktır. Tez araştırması giriş, örmenin tarihi, tanımı ve sınıflandırılması, elyafın tanımı ve tarihi, ipliğin tanımı, üretim aşaması ve çeşitleri, triko tasarımı, materyal ve yöntem ana başlıklarından oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde örme hakkında genel ve gerekli bilgi verilerek diğer konuların altyapısı oluşturulmaktadır. Tez araştırmasının ikinci bölümünde örmenin tanımı, tarihi ve sınıflandırılması başlığı altında geçmişten günümüze kadar örmenin farklı tekniklerden geçerek gelişme aşaması, kelime anlamı, örme tekniklerinden bahsedilmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde doğal ve yapay elyaf çeşitleri ve tarihleri hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Araştırmanın dördüncü bölümünde örmede kullanılan ipliklerin çeşidi, üretim aşaması, numaralandırma sistemi hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Beşinci bölümde triko kumaşların örgü yapıları, desenlendirme teknikleri, örgü türevlerinden bahsedilmektedir. Altıncı bölümde önceden toplanmış triko üretiminde kullanılan ipliklerden örülen düz ve jakar örgü kumaşların tabloları hazırlanmış ve kumaşlar analiz edilerek etkileri incelenmiştir. Yedinci bölümde tasarımdan, trikodan, triko tasarımından, triko tasarım aşamasından ve tasarım aşamasını etkileyen faktörlerden bahsedilmektedir. Aynı zamanda ipliklerin tasarıma olan etkisi ve tasarımcıya verdiği ilham hakkında bilgiler verilmektedir. Ayrıca ünlü tasarımcıların hayatı, triko tasarımları, triko koleksiyonları ve çalışma yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sekizinci bölümü materyal ve yöntem başlığı altında isimlendirilmektedir. Bu bölümde teknik ve estetik analiz tablolarında kullanılan ipliklerin çeşitleri, makine numaraları, inceleme yöntemleri ve genel değerlendirme yer almaktadır.

In the thesis titled The Effects of Yarn on Knitwear Design, the change and development stages of yarns and machines in knitting, the concept of design and designer approaches are examined. In the thesis, yarn types are examined and determined according to machine and design, the effects of these yarns on the machine and after production, the role and approach of the designer in the production process are explained. The aim of the research is to evaluate the technical developments and technological possibilities in terms of design and designer and to convey the values they add to the present. The thesis research consists of introduction, history, definition and classification of knitting, definition and history of fiber, definition of yarn, production stage and types, knitwear design, material and method. In the first chapter, general and necessary information about knitting is given and the infrastructure of other subjects is formed. In the second part of the thesis research, under the title of definition, history and classification of knitting, the development stage of knitting from past to present, passing through different techniques, the meaning of the word, knitting techniques are mentioned. In the third chapter, information about natural and artificial fiber types and dates is given. In the fourth part of the research, information is given about the type of yarns used in knitting, the production stage, and the numbering system. In the fifth chapter, knitting structures of knitwear fabrics, patterning techniques, knitting derivatives are mentioned. In the sixth chapter, tables of plain and jacquard knitted fabrics knitted from yarns used in pre-collected knitwear production were prepared and the effects were examined by analyzing the fabrics. In the seventh chapter, design, knitwear, knitwear design, knitwear design phase and factors affecting the design phase are mentioned. At the same time, information is given about the effect of yarns on design and the inspiration they give to the designer. In addition, the life, knitwear designs, knitwear collections and working methods of famous designers were examined. The eighth part of the research is named under the title of materials and methods. In this section, the types of yarns used in technical and aesthetic analysis tables, machine numbers, inspection methods and general evaluation are included.
