Sultan Galiyev, Galiyevizm Ve Türkiye‟Deki Türkçü-Turancı düşüncelerin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

“Sultan Galiyev, Galiyevizm ve Türkiye’deki Türkçü-Turancı Düşüncelerin Karşılaştırılması” adlı bu çalışma, Marmara Üniversitesi Türk Tarihi Cumhuriyet Tarihi Bilim Dalı bölümüne amacıyla sunulmuştur. Ortaya koyduğumuz bu çalışma analitik karşılaştırma esasına dayanarak bir inceleme yapmak ve yeni bir bakış açısı ortaya koymak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.Çalışma 4 bölümü ihtiva etmektedir. yetçiliğe dair teorileri ele alırken, Batı Merkezli bir bakış açısı içerisinde Milliyetçiliğin doktirinsel ve felsefi gelişimini içermektedir. Bundaki amaç tezin ana karşılaştırma unsurları olan 2. , 3. ve 4. Bölümü yani Osmanlı ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti döneminde Türk Milliyetçiliği ve Galiyevizm bölümlerine bir arka plan yaratmaktır. Milliyetçiliğin bir fenomen olarak ortaya çıkışı ve özellikle determinist bakış açısı içerisinde nasıl doktirinsel bir ideoloji haline geldiğini açıklamak için yazılmıştır. 2. Bölüm, 19.Yüzyılın sonu ve 20. Yüzyılın başlangıç yılları arasında Türk Milliyetçiliğinin ve Turancılığının nasıl bir gelişim gösterdiğini, hangi unsurları içerdiğini ve niteliğini ortaya koymak amacıyla yazılmıştır. Özellikle Yeni Osmanlılar ve Osmanlı elitleri arasında ortaya çıkan Türk Milliyetçiliğinin, İttihat ve Terakki iktidarında nasıl bir siyasi paradigmaya dönüştüğünü sorgular nitelikte tartışmak için oluşturulmuştur. 3. Bölüm ise 2. bölümden anlatılan fenomenin (Türk milliyetçiliğinin) nihai olarak Türkiye Cumhuriyeti döneminde siyasi bir ideoloji olarak ortaya çıkmasını, felsefi, içtimai ve politik temelerinde açıklamayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu bölümde, özellikle CHP ve Parti dışı düşünürlerin yorumları bir bütün oluşturacak şekilde verilecektir. 4. Bölüm ise Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyetler Birliğindeki ünlü Türk-Tatar devrimci Sultan Galiyev ’in hayatını ve onun ortaya koyduğu Galiyevizm düşüncesini ihtiva etmektedir. “Sosyalist Turancılık” olarak da nitelendirilen Galiyevizm düşüncesini ele almak, bunu Galiyev ‘in SSCB’deki hayatı ve faaliyetleri çerçevesinde her yönüyle değerlendirmek bu bölümün temel amacıdır. Sonuçta ise tüm bu incelemelerin sonucunda varılacak olan karşılaştırma ve analiz bölümüdür. Sonuç bölümünde kısa bir şekilde 2. 3. ve 4. bölümde yapılan analizlerin Tümevarımcı bir yöntemle karşılaştırılması söz konusudur. İçerik olarak iki düşüncenin eşzamanlı analitik olarak ortaya konması sonucunda bu fikirlerin farkları ve benzerlikleri görünecektir.

This study titled Sultan Galiyev, Galiyevism and Comparison Turkic-Turanist Thoughts in Turkey has presented to the Turkish Marmara University Department of the History of Science section which was connected to the Republic with the purpose of Master's Thesis. This study has been designed to make an examination based on the analytical comparison principle and to bring in a new point of view. The study consists of 4 chapters. The first part deals with the documental and philosophical development of Nationalism within a Western-oriented perspective, while addressing theories of Nationalism. The intent of this is to create a background for the main comparison elements of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th parts which contains the sections Turkish Nationalism and Galiyevizm during the Ottoman Empire and the Republic of Turkey. It was written to explain the emergence of Nationalism as a phenomenon and how Nationalism became a religious ideology especially in the Determinist point of view. Second chapter is written to show, how Turkish Nationalism and Turanism are developing, which elements are included and their nature between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. This part specifically written with inquiry-based discuss to how Turkish Nationalism, which emerged between the Young Ottomans and the Ottoman elites, turned into a political paradigm in the power of Union and Progress. Chapter 3 aims to explain the emergence as a political ideology of the phenomenon (ther Turkish Nationalism) continuing from the chapter 2 in the Republic of Turkey, with philosophical, communal and political foundations. In this section, especially the CHP and the indepented thinkers’ comments will be featured and this reviews will be considered as whole. Chapter 4 contains the life of the famous Turkish-Tatar, revolutionary Sultan Galiyev in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and his idea of Galiyevism. It is the basic aim of this section to take the idea of Galiyevism, which is also called Socialist Turanism, to evaluate it in every aspect of Galiyev's life and activities in the USSR. In the end, the section of comparison and analysis will be reached as a result of all these examinations. In the conclusion section, it is mentioned that the analyzes made in 2nd, 3rd and 4th sections are compared with an inductive method. As a result of simultaneous analytical presentation of the two ideas as content, the differences and similarities of these ideas will appear.
