Publication: Ofset baskı mürekkep kontrolünde kontrol stripleri ve densitometre cihazlarının kullanılması
Abstract
Ofset baskıda, baskı kalitesine etkin eden; mürekkep üzerine mürekkep kabul etme, zemin ton yoğunluğu, nokta kazancı, baskı kontrastlığı, çiftleme ve kayma gibi faktörler vardır. Birinci bölümde densitometre ve kontrol şeritlerinin kullanımının önemi anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise baskıda renk kontrol sistemleri ve CIELAB renk uzayı anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, baskı ve film densitometreleri, kontrol şeritleri, densitometrenin çalışma ilkeleri ve densitometrede ölçümü yapılan Densite, nokta kazancı, kontrastlık, trapping, renk hatası ve grilik hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde baskı kontrol şeritlerinin gerekliliği, üretimleri ve üzerinde bulundurduğu, kalıp pozu, K+S, denge, trapping, nokta kazancı,. kontrastlık, renk hatası, çiftleme ve kayma alanlarının özellikleri belirtildi ve baskı kontrol şeritlerinin oluşturulması sürecinde kontrol şeridinde bulunan parametrelerin oluşumu ve kullanımı, hakkında şekillerle anlatım yapılmıştır. Beşinci bölümde ise yapılan çalışmaların değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır.
There are some certain foctors in ofseet printing which effects the printing quality these are; Trapping, solidtone Density, Dot gain, print contrast, dubling and slur. In the first part the importance of using densitometer and the control strips are explained. In the second part print color control and CIELAB color space are being explained. In the third part print and film densitometers, control strips, work principles of densitometer and the measured results from the densitometer such as density, dot gain, contrast, trapping, hue error and the greyness is being given as a useful knowkdge. In the fourth part the ne cessity of using the print control strips, their produstion and the features such as plate exposure, K+S, balance, trapping, dot gain, contrast, hue eror, dubling and slur are being pointed out. In the process of proolocing print strips maintaining the parameter and their usage is being pointed out and exploined in picture drawing. In the fifth part the evaluation of these works.
