Abstract

Özel Bir Hastane Grubunda Çalışan Hemşirelerin Klinik Eğitim Hemşireliği Hakkındaki Görüşleri Araştırma; özel bir hastane grubunda çalışan hemşirelerin klinik eğitim hemşireliği hakkındaki görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılan, tanımlayıcı bir çalışmadır. Araştırma 469 hemşire ve 33 klinik eğitim hemşiresi olmak üzere 502 hemşire ile gerçekleştirildi. Veriler anket formu ile toplandı. Katılımcıların çoğunluğu 21-25 yaş grubu arasındadır, %47,6’sı lise mezunudur, %45’inin 1-5 yıl mesleki deneyimi vardır, %46,6’sı kurumda 1 yıldan az bir süredir çalışmaktadır. Klinik eğitim hemşirelerinin yarısına yakını, bir yıldan az süredir bu görevi yapmakta, tamamı işini sevmektedir, ancak %66’sı işinden memnundur. Klinik eğitim hemşireleri, tüm rollerine yönelik performanslarını başarılı bulmaktadır. Kendilerini en başarılı buldukları ve en çok zaman ayırdıkları rol hasta bakım rolüdür. Katılımcıların tamamı, klinik eğitim hemşireliğini gerekli bulmakta ve en önemli rolünün eğitimci rolü olduğunu belirtmektedir. Katılımcılar, klinik eğitim hemşiresinin en önemli görevlerini; eğitimlerin etkinliğini değerlendirme, işe yeni başlayanların oryantasyonunu sağlama, eğitim ihtiyaç analizi yapma ve araştırmaları uygulamalara yansıtma şeklinde sıralamıştır. Katılımcılar, klinik eğitim hemşireliğinin en çok çalışanların eğitimi, hemşirelik hizmetlerine yönelik olumlu etkisinin olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Sonuç olarak; hemşirelerin klinik eğitim hemşireliğine yönelik düşüncelerinin olumlu olduğu ve klinik eğitim hemşirelerinin araştırmaya yönelik performanslarının geliştirilmesi, iş planlarının zaman açısından ihtiyaçlar doğrulusunda düzenlenmesi ve çalışma koşullarının iyileştirilmesi gerektiği belirlenmiştir. hemşiresi, eğitim hemşiresi, yetişkin eğitimi

Opinions Of Nurses Working At A Private Hospital Group In Regards To Clinical Training Nursing This research is a complementary study conducted with the purpose of identifying opinions of nurses regarding clinical training nursing practiced within a private hospital group. The study included a total of 502 nurses of which 469 were nurses and 33 were clinical training nurses. Data was collected by means of questionnaires. Majority of participants are within the age group 21-25. 47.6% are high school graduates, 45% have professional experience of 1-5 years, and 46.6% of participants have been working for the institution for less than one year. Almost half of the clinic-training nurses had been working at this position for less than one year; all of them like their occupation however only 66% are content with their jobs. Clinic-training nurses find their performance successful in regards to all their roles. These nurses feel they not only are most successful but also spend most of their time with tasks regarding patient care. All of the participants find clinic training nursing essential and they all think that the most important role is with the tutor. Participants consider the most important responsibilities of clinic-training nurses to respectively be: assessing effectiveness of training, ensuring proper orientation of new recruitments, conduct training need analysis and reflect research on to practices. Participants agreed that clinic training nursing has positive effect on the training of employees and improvement of nursing services. In conclusion, nurses have a positive attitude towards clinic-training nurses and have identified that there is a necessity for improving research oriented performance, organising the timing of work plans in accordance with requirements and improving working conditions.
