Simülasyon uygulanan bir eğitim programının öğrenci perspektifinden değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

1.ÖZETSİMÜLASYON UYGULANAN BİR EĞİTİM PROGRAMININ ÖĞRENCİ PERSPEKTİFİNDEN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ Öğrencinin Adı: Seda AYYILDIZDanışmanı: Prof. Dr. Gonca MUMCUAnabilim Dalı: Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi, Sağlık Yönetimi Bölümü, Sağlık Yönetimi Anabilim DalıAmaç: Bu araştırma; simülasyon uygulanan bir eğitim programının öğrenci perspektifinden değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya klinik uygulama hakkında herhangi bir deneyimi olmayan 3. sınıf ebelik öğrencileri dahil edilmiştir (n=60). Doğum eylemi ve doğum komplikasyonları süreci simülasyon yöntemiyle uygulanmıştır. Veriler eğitim öncesi ve sonrası dönemde konuya ilişkin sorularla anket formu ile toplanmıştır. Çalışmada Durumluk ve Sürekli Anksiyete ölçeği ile Derste Teknoloji Kullanımına Yönelik Eğilim ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Uygulama sonrasında, öğrencilerin eleştirel düşünme ve kriz yönetimi kabiliyetinin yanı sıra özgüvenlerinde iyileşme gözlendi. Ancak, çalışma grubunda STAI ön test ve son test toplam puanları ile Derste Teknololoji Kullanımına Yönelik Eğilim ölçeği arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunamadı (p>0.05).Sonuç: Öğrencilerin perspektivinden, klinik uygulamaların daha iyi anlaşılmasını sağlamak için simülasyon yöntemiyle uygulanan eğitim zlemlendi.

2.ABSTRACTTHE ASSESSMENT OF A COURSE APPLIED WITH SIMULATION TECHNIQUE IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF STUDENTSStudent's Name: Seda AYYILDIZSupervisor: Dr. Gonca MUMCUDepartment: Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Health Management Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate a course applied with simulation technique in the perspective of students.Materials and Methods:In this follow-up study study grade 3 midwifery students students (n=60) who did not have any experience about clinical practice were included. The course regarding labor and delivery complications was applied with simulation method in a term. The data were collected by questionnaire with the course related factors in pre- and post-training periods. In these periods, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory scale and Tendency Scale For Technology Use In Class were used. Results: After this lecture, it was observed the improvement in self-confidence as well as the ability of critical thinking and crisis management. Yet, there were no significant differences between the pre-test and post-test total scores of STAI and Technology use scale in the study group (p>0.05). Conclusion: In the perspective of students, this course applied with simulation method was observed to provide better understanding the clinical practice
