Yapay sinir ağları yardımı ile futbolda puan tahmini ve süper lig için bir uygulama

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, yapay sinir ağlarının tanımı, model kurulması veuygulanması konuları ile futbol tanımı, kuralları, yapısı incelenmiştir. Bu incelemelersonucunda yöntem olarak yapay sinir ağlarından ileri beslemeli ağlar tercih edilerek,Türkiye Süper Lig’de mücadele eden futbol takımları üzerine araştırmalar yapılmıştır.Bu araştırmalar neticesinde Türkiye Futbol Federasyonu ışığında elde edilen verilersisteme tanımlanmıştır. Kurgulanan ağ yapısına uygun hale getirilen veriler ile geçmişsezonlara bakılarak bir sonraki sezon için puan tahmini yapılması istenmiştir. Elde edilentahmin sonuçları ile gerçekleşen sonuçlar kıyaslanarak ağın öğrenme performansıdeğerlendirilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre eğitilen ağın gerçeğe yakın tahminlerverdiği görülmüştür.

In this thesis, the definition of artificial neural networks, the establishment andapplication of models and the definition, rules and structure of football are examined.These investigations feedforward networks of the neural network as a result of thepreference method, has made research on the football team struggling in Turkey PremierLeague. The data obtained from the Turkey Football Federation have been identified inthe system as a result of these researches. Based on the data adjusted to the networkstructure, it was asked to estimate the points for the next season by looking at the previousseasons. The learning performance of the network was evaluated by comparing thepredicted results with the actual results. According to the results of the analysis, it wasseen that the trained network gives realistic estimates.
