Abstract

SAÇ KESMEDE İŞ ANALİZİ VE MALİYET HESABI Kesme, saç işleme tekniğinin en çok kullanılan yöntemlerinden diridir. Kesme değişik faktörler dikkat alınarak sınıflandırılabilir. Kesmenin gerçekleştirildiği makinaları dikkate alarak giyotin makasta kesem, preste kesme, ruleli makasta kesme, el makası ile kesme gibi isimler alırken kesmede kullanılan kalıplar dikkate alınarak açık ve kapalı kesme olarak sınıflandırılabilir. Kesmede kullanılan bu yöntemlere göre işçilik süresi, teçhizat maliyeti, malzeme tüketimi ve çıkan hurda miktarı farklı olmaktadır. Bütün bu faktörler maliyet ve üretim süresine doğrudan tesir etmektedir. Saçlar rulo veya standart boyda kesilmiş olarak satılır. Rulo halindeki saçın standart boydaki saça göre satış fiyatı daha düşüktür. Hazırlanan tezde kesme işlemi, kesme makinaları ve kullanılan kalıplar teorik olarak incelenmiş, giyotin makasta saç kesme operasyonu üzerinde maliyetle ilgili çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Örnek olarak belirlenen iş parçasının giyotin makasta rulodan kesilmesiyle plakadan kesilmesinin maliyeti tespit edilmiştir. Giyotin makasta saç kesme işlemi sırasındaki makine ayarı, saç kesme işlemi ve kesilen parçaların nakliye süreleri tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca kesme bıçaklarının aşınma ömürleri araştırılmıştır. Tezin uygulama kısımları üniversite - sanayi işbirliği çerçevesinde konusunda büyük kapasitedeki işletmelerde gerçekleştirilmiştir. BOSCH ve FORD-OTOSAN işletmelerinde rulodan saç kesme ile plakadan saç kesmenin maliyete, fire miktarına, işçilik maliyetine göre hesaplamaları yapılmış ve zaman etüd çizelgesi hazırlanmıştır. Ayrıca rulo kesim sisteminin amortisman hesabı çıkarılmıştır. Yapılmış olan çalışmalar sonucunda rulo kesim sistemi plakadan saç kesmeye göre hem teknoloji hemde üretim miktarı, üretim maliyeti (fire miktarı, işçilik maliyeti, vb.) daha birçok yönden üstün olduğu görülmüştür. Yapılan araştırmaya göre hemen hemen bütün işletmeler rulo kesim sistemi tercih etmektedir.

WORK STUDY AND COST ESTIMATION IN CUTTING SHEET METAL Cutting is one of the most used sheet metal working technique. Cutting can be classified by taking different factors into consideration. Considering the machines the cutting substantiated then can be named as cutting with guillotine scissors, cutting with press, cutting with ruleli scissors and cutting with hand scissors. The dies used in the metal cutting can be classified as open and closed cutting. According to these techniques used in the cutting workmanship time, equipment cost, material consumption and the scrap left can be different. All these factors affect the cost and the production time directly. Sheet metals are sold in rolls or cut in standard length. The selling price of sheet metal in rolls is less than the sheet metal cut in standard length. In this thesis cutting, cutting machines and the techniques were examined theoretically and cost estimations on cutting with guillotine scissors were made. The cost of cutting with guillotine scissors in rolls and cutting from plates was calculated the calibration of the machine during the cutting with guillotine scissors cutting sheet metal manipulation and the transport of these items were determined. The wear life of the cutting knives were also investigated. The experimental sections of the thesis were substantiated through the university and industry collaboration. In BOSCH and FORD-OTOSAN calculations were made according to cutting in rolls and cutting from plate costs, scrap, labour cost and time table was prepared. The depreciation fund of cutting in rolls system was also calculated. It was concluded that cutting in rolls system is better than cutting in plates in many aspects such as technological, production quantity and production cost (scrap, labour cost etc.).
