Abstract
Çalışmanın konusu;Ortadoğu ve İslam Ülkelerindeki Din adamlarının sekülerleşme projelerinin ve bu konudaki düşünce ve tekliflerinin karşılaştırılması ve bu din adamları içinde Mehmed Şerefeddin Yaltkaya'nın sosyolojik görüş ve yorumlarının ,görece net ve ileri seviyede sekülerleşme projesi özelliği gösterdiğinin ortaya konulmasıdır.Yaltkaya'nın sekülerleşme projesi,şu açılardan sekülerleşmenin potansiyelini içermekte ve şartlarını hazırlamaktadır: 1.Yaltkaya,dini ve dini akımları,sosyolojiyi kullanarak açıklamakta,böylece dini,sosyal ve tarihsel faktörlerin şekillendirdiği bir olgu konumuna indirgemektedir. 2.İslam inanç esaslarını açıklamada ve ispatta ,dünyadan ve evrenden deliller getirmeyi reddederek,dünyaya yüklenen anlamı sekülerleştirmekte,dolayısıyla felsefeyi ve düşünceyi sekülerleştirmektedir. 3.Ritüel'e(ayin,toplu ibadet ve törenlere),imanı güçlendirme görevi vererek değer yüklemekte,böylece,dini tören/ dini mekan merkezli bir dindarlık anlayışının oluşmasına katkı sağlamaktadır. 4.Yaltkaya,Kelam Biliminde ispatı reddederek,farklı tanrı inançlarının oluşmasına,dolayısıyla da ,dini anlama uygulamada göreceliliğin oluşmasına katkı sağlamaktadır. 5.Yaltkaya,dini,açıklanan ve tanımlanan konumuna indirerek,felsefeyi ve düşünceyi sekülerleştirerek,dini normları dini mekanla sınırlayarak,Kelam biliminin ispat işlevini durdurarak diğer dini bilimlerin üretimini durdurmak yoluyla,dini,insanı ve toplumu şekillendirme ve yorumlama iddiasını terketmeye zorlamaktadır. 6.Akıl ve dini birbirinden ayırarak,dine tam kayıtsızlığı desteklemektedir. Yaltkaya'nın projesi,çelişkiler taşıdığı için ,sekülerleşme projesi değildir.Fakat,sekülerleşmenin şartlarını hazırlamaktadır ve potansiyelini içermektedir.bu yönüyle bie sekülerleşme projesidir.
Subject of the study:Comparing of secularism project of religion men in middle east and islamic countries with their ideas and suggestions about the subject and revealing of Mehmed Şerefeddin Yaltkaya's Sociological views and comments,which show relatively explicit secularism project in advanced level among These men.Secularism project of Yaltkaya's includes the potential of secularism and prepares the conditions From those points: 1.Yaltkaya explains religion and religious currents by using sociology,thus he lowers the religion to the situation of a phenomenon shaped by the social and historical factors. 2.By refusing the bringing of proofs from the world and universe to explain and prove the bases of islamic beliefs,he secularizes the meaning which attributes to the world ,and accordingly,secularizes philosophy and idea. 3.by giving the duty of strengthening the the belief to the rituals.(rites,worships,cermonies)he attributes worth to those ,thus,contributes the forming of religious idea which gives much importance the rituals. 4.by refosing the attestation in islamic theology,he provides contribution to the forming of different beliefs in God,and accordinly,forming of relativity in understanding and implementing of religion. 5.by lowering the religion to the situation which is defired and explained,secularizing the idea and philosophy , restricting the religious norms with religious place and causing the stopping of the attestation task of islamic theology by means of stopping the production(study)of other religious science ,he forces religion to leave the claim of forming and interpreting of human and society. 6.By sperating the mind from religion,he supports exact indifference to the religion. It is project has not the aim of secularism as it has sove contradictions.However,it prepares the conditions of secularism and consists the potential of it.From tihs point,it is a secularism project.
