Abstract
Diyojen, Çıngıraklı Tatar ve Hayal 1870-1877 yılları arasında Teodor Kasap tarafından çıkarılan mizah gazete ve dergileridir. İlk müstakil mizah dergisi olan Diyojen ile bu derginin devamı olan Çıngıraklı Tatar dergisi ve Hayal gazetesi Türk mizahı, Türk edebiyatı ve Türk gazeteciliğine önemli katkılar sağlamışlardır. Muhalif bir kimliğe sahiptirler ve dönemlerinde ciddi bir kamuoyu oluşturmuşlardır. Tezde bu gazete ve dergiler altı farklı tema çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Tezi meydana getiren bölümler; “Ekonomi”, “Politika”, “Gazetecilik”, “Belediyecilik, Ulaşım ve Sosyal Hayat”, “Sanat ve Edebiyat” ve “Mizah” başlıkları altında toplanmıştır. Ekonominin kötü gidişinden ulaşıma, belediye hizmetlerinden medeniyet algısına kadar her mesele Diyojen, Çıngıraklı Tatar ve Hayal’de hiciv konusu edilmiştir. Tezde tüm bu temalar edebiyata ve mizaha malzeme oldukları noktada ele alınmışlardır. Tezin sonuna açıklamalı bir indeks eklenmiştir. Tanzimat, edebiyat, mizah, Diyojen, Çıngıraklı Tatar, Hayal.
Diyojen, Çıngıraklı Tatar ve Hayal are humor newspaper and magazines which are published by Teodor Kasap between 1870-1877. Diyojen (which is the first detached humor magazine), Çıngıraklı Tatar and Hayal have made important contributions to Turkish literature and Turkish humor and Turkish journalism. They had an oppositional identity and they had public support. At some point in the thesis that all of these themes have been discussed in literature, and humor material. The newspaper and magazines are discussed within the framework of these six different themes in this thesis. Constituent parts of thesis are grouped under the headings of Economy, Politics, Journalism, Municipal, Transport and Social Life, Arts and Literature and Humor. Every issue like the economy’s bad departure, problems of transportation, municipal services and perception of civilization had been satirized. A detailed index added to the end of the thesis.
