Doğum sonu obsesif kompulsif davranışların anne-bebek bağlanmasına etkisi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışma, doğum sonrası dönemde obsesif kompulsif davranışların anne-bebek bağlanmasına etkisini incelemek amacıyla planlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Hastalıkları Hastanesinde Mart 2021-Ağustos 2021 tarihleri arasında yapılan tanımlayıcı bir çalışmadır. Çalışma, alınma kriterine uyan 260 anne ile yapılmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında literatür doğrultusunda hazırlanan Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu, Doğum Sonu Dönemde Annelerin Bebek Bakımına Yönelik Obsesif ve Kompulsif Davranışları Ölçeği (OKDÖ) ve Anne-Bebek Bağlanma Ölçeği (ABBÖ) kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Katılımcıların yaş ortalaması 27,24±5,20 olarak bulunmuştur. Katılımcıların OKDÖ puan ortalaması 17,77±5,28 ve ABBÖ puanı ortalaması 0,60±1,17 olarak belirlenmiştir. Katılımcıların OKDÖ puanı ile ABBÖ puanı arasında negatif yönlü zayıf bir ilişki olduğu (r=-0,153, p<0,05) tespit edilmiştir. Annelerin OKDÖ puan ortalamaları arttıkça ABBÖ puan ortalamalarının azaldığı belirlenmiştir. Ölçek puanlarına göre obsesif kompulsif davranış puanı arttıkça bağlanma düzeyi artış göstermektedir. Sonuç: Doğum sonu dönemde obsesif kompulsif davranışların artması anne bebek bağlanmasını olumlu yönde etkilemektedir.

Objective: The study is planned to determine the effect of obsessive-compulsive behaviours on mother-infant relationship in Postpartum Period. Materials and Methods: The research is a descriptive study, which was carried out at Gynecology and Pediatric Hospital between March 2021 and August 2021. The 260 mother who met the inclusion criteria participated in the study. Fort he data collecting process, Introductory Information Form, Obsessive and Compulsive Behaviors Scale (OCBS) of mothers related to baby care in the postpartum period and Mother-Infant Bonding Scale (MIBS) were used. Findings: The average age of the participants was 27,24±5,20. The mean OCBS score of the participants was determined as 17.77±5.28 and the mean MIBS score was determined as 0.60±1.17.A statistically significant negative weak relationship between participants' mean score of OCBS and mean score of MIBS was determined (p<0,05). It was stated that as the OCBS score mean of mothers increased, the MIBS score mean decreased. According to the scale scores, as the obsessive-compulsive behavior score increased, the attachment level increased. Conclusions: The increase in obsessive-compulsive behaviors in the postpartum period has a positive effect on maternal-infant attachment.
