Publication: İbn Kemal Paşa'nın Tefsirü'l-fatiha adlı eseri
Abstract
İftâ ve telif alanındaki hizmetleri ve yetiştirdiği kıymetli talebeleriyle yaşadığı asra damgasını vuran İbn Kemâl Paşa’ya ait Fatiha Sûresi Tefsiri isimli eserin tahkikli neşrinde öncelikle kütüphane katalogları taranmış ve eserin yirmi küsur nüshasına ulaşılmıştır. Tespit edebildiğimiz nüshalar tek tek gözden geçirilmiş ve müellifin vefat tarihi merkezinde üçe indirilmiştir. Çalışmamızda, eserin tahkikli neşrine geçmeden önce, tefsir ilmiyle alakalı muhtasar bir takım bilgiler vermekte fayda gördük. Bu kısa ve özlü bilgileri tefsir ilminde yeni diyebileceğimiz Konulu Tefsir bölümü takip etti. Kütüphanelerimizde yer alan muhtelif sûre tefsirlerinden örneklerle giriş bölümü sona erdi. Giriş bölümünün ardından eserin müellifi İbn Kemâl Paşa ile alâkalı doyurucu bilgiler verilmeye gayret gösterildi. Müellifin, hayatı, ilmî şahsiyeti ve tefsire dair eserlerine ait teferruatlı malûmat verildi. Diğer ilim dallarındaki eserlerinden birkaçına değinildi. Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde ise Fatiha Sûresi hakkında tanıtıcı bilgilere yer verildi. İsimleri, Mekkî-Medenîliği ve faziletleri hususunda malûmatın yer aldığı kısmı neşrine çalıştığımız İbn Kemâl Paşa’nın Fatiha Sûresi Tefsiri takip etti. Kaynakları ve muhtevası itibariyle tanıtılan eserin neşrindeki metoda da yer verildi. Çalışmamızı tefsirin tahkikli neşri ile nihayete erdirdik.
The edition critique of the tafsir of Fatiha sura, written by Ibn Kemal, one of the leading figures in the sixteen century in the Ottoman State with his profession as a şeyhülislam, his works and his students is the aim of this master thesis. As a result of the investigation of his work, more than 20 copies were found in the catalogues of Turkish libraries. For the purpose of this thesis, three of them were chosen on the basis of the author’s death date. This thesis is made up of introduction and three chapters. The introduction is the overview of the science of tafsir, specifically the topical tafsir. Furthermore, we give some examples from different sura tafsir’s which are available in our libraries. The first chapter deals with the summary of the life story of Ibn Kemal, his career in the path of science, and his works, particularly about tafsir. The second chapter deals with the Fatiha sura: its names, its excellences and the place where it was revealed, Mecca or Medina. The edition critique of the tafsir of Fatiha sura constitutes the third chapter. In this part, the methodology in the determination and preparation of the appropriate copies is also explained.
