Köprülüzade Abdullah Paşa’nın Şark seferi seraskerliği esnasında tutulan sefer mühimmesi (N 1146-Z.1147) : tasnif, özet, transkripsiyon

Abstract

Tezimizin konusunu, Köprülüzâde Abdullah Paşa’nın Hicri 1146-1147 tarihlerindeki Şark seferi seraskerliği zamanında tutulmuş olan mühimme defterinin trankripsiyonu, değerlendirmesi, dizininin hazırlanması, hükümlerin tasnifi ve hüküm özetleri teşkil etmektedir. Bu defter Köprülü Kütüphanesi, II, 0364 numarada kayıtlıdır.Tezimizde, mühimme defterinin genel ve diplomatik özellikleri belirtilmiştir. Ardından devrin siyasi hadiseleri de Abdullah Paşa’nın hal tercümesi ile beraber

olarak verilmiştir. Tezimiz, defterin tutulduğu döneme ve özellikle de seferdeki lojistik faaliyetlere gayet güzel ışık tutmaktadır.Hazırladığımız defteri diğer mühimme defterlerinden ayıran husus, bu sefer mühimmesinin Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşivi haricinde bulunması ve dolayısıyla araştırmacıların gözlerinden uzak bir yerde olmasıdır. ABSTRACT The subject of the thesis includes the transcription of the “muhimme” book that is registered in the Library of Koprulu, II, 0364 and that is filled during the commandership of Kopruluzade Abdullah Pasha between 1146 and 1147, hijri, and the interpretation and the preparation of its index, the classification and summaries of the orders that it contains.After the explanation about the general and diplomatic attributions of the book there has been given the political occasions of that period and the life story of Abdullah Pasha summarized, as far as stated in the sources. The thesis sheds light upon the period of the campaign during which it was noted and especiallly the logistic side of it.The most attracting feature of the book that differentiates it from the other “muhimmas” is its being out of the Ottoman Archives and so its being away from the eyes of the researchers.
