Kazakistan ve Türkiye ticari ve ekonomik ilişkilerinin büyümeye katkıları

Abstract

Dış ticaret ile büyüme ilişkisi, ekonomi sahasında uzun yıllardan beri incelenen konulardan biridir. Genel teori, dış ticaretin büyümenin motoru olduğu ve ihracatın büyümeyi artıracağı üzerine kurulmuştur. Yapılan ampirik çalışmalardan bazıları bu teoriyi doğrularken, bazıları da farklı sonuçlar elde etmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Kazakistan ve Türkiye için (1998-2014 dönemi) dış ticaretin GSYİH analizi yapılmıştır. Verilerin durağanlığını test etmek için otokorelasyon testi ve daha sonra Granger nedensellik testi uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizlerde, bu iki ülkede büyümeden ithalata ve ihracata doğru bir nedensellik ilişkisi saptanamamıştır. Öte yandan, Türkiye ve Kazakistan Cumhuriyetlerinde, ithalat ve ihracattan büyümeye doğru bir nedensellik ilişkisi olduğu görülmüştür.

Relations between foreign trade and economic growth is one of the issues examined in the economic field for many years. General theory, which is the engine of growth is based on foreign trade and the growth of exports will increase. Some of the aforementioned empirical studies confirming this theory, has achieved some different results. In this study, Kazakhstan and Turkey (1998 - 2014 period) is the GDP growth and foreign trade analysis. Autocorrelation is that the test was carried out to test the stability of the data, afterthat Granger causality tests. According to the analysis, these two countries, the growth of imports and exports toward a causal relationship could not be found. On the other hand, Turkey and Kazakhstan, has been shown to be a true causal relationship to the growth of imports and exports.
