Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'deki sanayi sermayesi birikim sürecinin 1960-80 dönemiincelenmekte ve Türkiye’deki sermaye birikim sürecinin, uluslararası sermaye birikimmekanizması ile etkileşimine odaklanılmaktadır. Türkiye sanayileşme sürecinin uluslararasısermaye ile etkileşimi açısından 1960-80 dönemi seçilmiştir; çünkü, tarihsel olarak Türkiyekapitalistleşme süreci her dönemde uluslararası sermaye birikim mekanizması ile etkileşimhalinde bulunmuş olmasına rağmen, 1960-80 dönemindeki etkileşim, Türkiye'de kapitalistsistemin yerleşmesini içermektedir. Dolayısıyla, Türkiye’deki toplumsal yapının kapitalizminişleyiş yasalarına uygun biçimde dönüştüğü bu dönem, hala güncelliğini korumakta ve budöneme ilişkin olguların bütünlüklü bir analizini içeren çalışmalar önem taşımaktadır.
In this study, the industrial capital accumulation process in Turkey during the 1960-80 period is examined. The main focus is on the process of capital accumulation with theinteraction between international mechanisms of capital accumulation. In terms ofunderstanding the interaction between Turkey's industrialization process with theinternational mechanisms of capital accumulation, 1960-1980 period is important. Because,in Turkey’s capitalization history, although it has always been in interaction withinternational capital accumulation process, but the interaction in the 1960-80 period, containsof the settlement of the capitalist system in Turkey. Therefore, this period which socialstructure in Turkey has transformed in accordance with the laws of capitalism, is still up-todateand the studies involving a thorough analysis of the facts of this period are important.
