ÖZETTezimizin konusunu oluşturan yağma suçu, 5237 sayılı Türk Ceza Kanunu’nun “Özel Hükümler” başlıklı ikinci kitabının “Kişilere Karşı Suçlar” isimli ikinci kısmının “Malvarlığına Karşı Suçlar” şeklindeki onuncu bölümünde düzenlenmiştir.
