Abstract

zel Hayatın Gizliliği ÖZ Özel Hayatın Gizliliği konulu yüksek lisans tez çalışmasında kişisel değerlerden biri olan özel hayatın gizliliği tüm yönleriyle incelenmiştir. Tez 4 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; kişilik hakkı tanımı, nitelikleri ve kişinin hayat alanları üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde; özel hayatın gizliliği kavramı ile Türk Hukuku ve Uluslar arası düzenlemelerdeki görünümünden bahsedilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde; özel hayata tecavüz ve hukuka uygunluk sebebi hususu incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise kişilik hakkına ilişkin yasal koruma sisteminden bahsedilmiştir. vacy of private life.

Privacy of private life as one of the personal right has been fully studied in this master’s of degree thesis study which is subject of the privacy of private life. The thesis consists four sections. In the first section, description of personal right, characteristics, personal area of life have been analyzed. In the second section, privacy of private life subject and provision of the Turkish Law and International Law has been examined. In the third section, point of privacy invasion and justification have been examined. In the fourth section, personal right related to the siystem of statutory protection have been mentioned.
