Kalkınma ve eğitimin ekonomik boyutu

Abstract

Kalkınma kavramının 1960’lar itibariyle sorgulanması ve insan merkezi birkalkınma anlayışı beşeri sermaye olgusunu büyüme ve kalkınma planlarına dahiletmiştir. Beşeri sermayenin öneminin artması beraberinde eğitime yapılan yatırımlarıharekete geçirmiş ve eğitim-kalkınma ilişkisinin deneysel birçok çalışması yapılmıştır.Bu çalışmada ülkemizin kalkınma yolunda eğitime verilen önem dahilinde yapılanharcamaları ve eğitim kalitesi incelenmiştir. Yapılan araştırma neticesinde eğitimkademelerine göre eğitim harcamaları ve dünyadaki eğitim verileri bağlamındakarşılaştırma yapılmıştır

The questioning of the concept of development in the 1960s and the concept ofhuman development has included human capital in the growth and development plans.Increasing the importance of human capital has mobilized investments in education andmany experimental studies of education-development relationship have been made. Inthis study, the expenses and education quality of our country in the context of theimportance given to education on the development path are examined. As a result of theresearch, educational expenditures and educational data in the world were compared interms of education levels.
