T.C.Başbakanlık arşivi Kamil Kepeci tasnifi 7234 no’lu defterde Ehl-i Hıref

Abstract

ÖZETİ T.C. Başbakanlık Arşivi Kâmil Kepeci Tasnîfi, Saray: Ehl-i San'at bölümündeki 12 adet defterden 7234 no'lu defterdeki Hicrî 1202 ve 1203 yıllara ait Ehl-i Hıref bölümlerini alıp transkripize ettim. Tez'in giriş bölümünde; kısa bir tarihçe, Ehl-i Hıref'in tanımı, yapısı, sınıfları, Ehl-i Hıref defterleri, hiyerarşi, ücret ve maaş sistemi, ceza usûlü, Ehl-i Hıref kanunnameleri ile Ehl-i Hıref teşkîlatındaki ahlâk ve görgü kuralları hakkında bilgi verdim. Ayrıca Hz. Peygamber (SAV) devrinde Ehl-i Hıref başlığı altında bir bölüm açarak bu dönemdeki meslekler ve sanatlar hakkında kısa bilgiler sundum. Sadece iki bölümünü latinize etmiş olduğum 7234 no'lu defterdeki diğer san'atkârlar zümresinin sınıflarını ve sahife no'larını da kaydettim. İki bölüm halinde hazırladığım metnin çevriyazısında özetle; kâtipler, mücellidler, mürekkepçiler, külâh dikenler, keçeciler, kuyumcular, nakışçılar, ipekçiler, saatçiler, sorguççular, mühür kazıyıcılar, sikkeciler, kürkçüler, zırhçılar, kılıççılar, kalemkârlar, sarraçlar, okçular, sırmacılar, cerrahlar, göz hekimleri, bıçakçılar, nalıncılar, marangozlar, camcılar, çizmeciler, abacılar, çamaşırcılar ve sucular zümresinde çalışan san'atkârların isimleri ve bunlara ödenen gündelikler kaydedilmiştir. Tez'in sonuna Sonuç ve Kavramlar bölümüyle İndeks ilave ettim. Yararlandığım kaynakları da Bibliyografya başlığı ile sıraladım. Ayrıca orijinal metni de Tez'in sonuna ekledim.

The Kamil Kepeci Category in the Prime Ministery Archives of the Turkısh Republic The Palace; I transcripted the parts under the heading Craftsmen (Ehl-i Hıref) in the period 1202-1203 according to the Moslem Calender marked as 7234 among the 12 pieces registers. In the introduction part of the thesis, I give iformation about; the general historical statement, the description, the structure and the classes of craftsmen (Ehl-i Hıref) the accounts of the craftsmen , the hierarchy in it, the system of wages and fees, the methods of punishment, the regulations among it and the rules of morals and proper manners in the craftsmen organizations. Moreover, I introduced a new chapter under the heading Craftsmen (Ehl-i Hıref) in the period of Prophet Mohammed which informs about other professions and artisans (Sanatkarlar) / Craftsmen (Zanaatkarlar) in that area. I wrote in the latin alphabets only 2 parts of the register marked as 7234 and also I recorded the other craftsmen groups and the page numbers of them. I set down the transcriptions in two parts, each informs about all the individual employees and their wages belonged to; clerks, bookminders, ink makers and sellers, those who sew conical hats, felt makers, goldsmits, wall-decoraters, silk manufactures, watch makers, plume makers, those who engrave seals, coin makers, furriers, gravers, saddlers, armour makers, sword makers, those who make gold or silver thread, surgeons, physicians of eye, knife makers, carpenters, glaziers, boot makers and sellers, woolen cloth makers and sellers, laundries and water sellers. I finished the Thesis with Conclusion, Terminology and Index parts. In the Bibliography part I set down the book I have benefited from. Moreover, I added the original text at the end of the Thesis.
