Abstract
Günümüzde ulusal ve uluslararası hukuk alanında pek çok yasal düzenlemeye etki eden faktör olarakkarşımıza çıkan tüketicinin korunması kavramı, tarihsel olarak incelendiğinde, söz konusu kavramınçok eski çağlarda dahi yasal düzenlemelerde varlık gösterdiği görülmektedir. Ancak asıl etkisini19. Yüzyıl Sanayi Devrimi ile gösteren bu kavramın tarihi gelişimini ve Türk Hukuku’nda KanunKoyucu’nun harekete geçmesini sağlayan kilometre taşı olarak nitelendirebileceğimiz safhalarını ortayakoymaya çalıştık.
The concept of consumer ptotection which is seen as a factor that influences many national and international legislations is seen to be present in legal regulations in ancient times, when it is analyzed historically. We tried to set forth the historical evolution of this concept which shows its true impact with the 19th Century Industrial Revolution, and the phases which may be considered as major milestones that has put the Law Maker into act in the Turkish Law.
