Abstract
Kuşak, belirli tarihler arasında doğmuş, bu tarihlerde yaşanan kültürel, toplumsal, ekonomik ve politik olgulardan etkilenmiş birey gruplarını tanımlamak için kullanılan bir terimdir. Yalnızca dünyaya gelinen tarihler çerçevesinde biyolojik olarak kuşağı tanımlamak mümkün değildir, bu süreçte edinilen ortak toplumsal bilinç de kuşakların ayrılmasında önemli rol oynamıştır. Bu tezde, kuşak sınıflaması içinde “Z Kuşağı” olarak adlandırılan, ailelerini muhafazakâr olarak tanımlayan ve Kur’an kurslarında, orta öğretim ve yüksek öğretim kurumlarında eğitim gören gençlerin dini tutum ve davranışları analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Lise ve üniversite eğitimi ve bu süreç içinde geçen zaman, gençler için toplumsal bilincin edinilmesinde oldukça önemlidir. Genç bu dönemde kimliğini kazanma ve kişiliğine kalıcı biçim verme süreci yaşar. Aynı şekilde bu dönem gencin doğal, ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel çevreyi algılamasında, dini duygu ve değerlerinin oluşmasında ve değişmesinde etkili bir süreçtir. Bu çalışma, Z Kuşağı özelinde, dini duygu ve değerlerin oluşma sürecinde, aile, okul, arkadaş çevresi, dijital alan ve liberal düşüncelerin etkilerini araştırmayı hedeflemektedir.
Generation, as a term, is used to describe groups of individuals born around certain dates and are affected by the cultural, social, economic, and political phenomena experienced during those dates. It is not possible to define generation solely biologically within the framework of the dates they were born; the collective social consciousness acquired in this process also plays an important role in the classification of generations. This thesis aims to analyze the religious attitudes and behaviors of the young individuals, who are also named as Generation Z in the classification of generations, who define their families as religious and receive education in Koran courses, secondary and higher education institutions. High school and university education, and the time spent in this process are very important for young people in acquiring social awareness. In this period, the young individual goes through the process of acquiring identity, permanently shaping his or her personality. Likewise, this period is an important process, forming and effecting the perception of the natural, economic, social, and cultural environment. This study aims to investigate the effects of family, school, friends, digital space, and liberal thoughts in the process of forming religious feelings and values among Generation Z members.
