Publication: Görsel sanatlar dergisinde 11-15 yaş grubu çocuğunun kendini ifade edebilme yetisinin geliştirilmesi açısından romantizm resim akımının kullanımı
Abstract
Bu tez çalışmasında; 5. 6. 7. ve 8. sınıflarda çocuğun kendini ifade etme yetisi kazanmanın önemli olduğu, ”Ben” kavramı ve bunun sanattaki yansıması olan Romantizm resim akımında eser veren sanatçıların incelenmesi esas alınmıştır. Romantizm sanat akımıyla beraber insani değerlerin, bireysel isteklerin, özgünlüğün, kişisellik gibi kavramların önem kazandığı 19.yy sanat ortamı incelenmiş ve araştırmaya bu ortamı sağlayan koşullar araştırılarak devam edilmiştir. Romantik resim akımı sanatçıları incelenmiş ve farklı tekniklerde yapılmış olan eserlerden örnek görseller hazırlanmıştır. Ayrıca, 11-15 yaş grubu çocuklarının, sanatsal gelişimi incelenerek, çağdaş eğitim sistemi içinde doğru öğretim, yöntem ve teknikleri seçmeleri amaçlanmıştır. Kendini ifade yetisinin, Görsel Sanatlar dersi kapsamında eğitimdeki yeri araştırılmış, bu bağlamda 5. 6. 7. ve 8. sınıf ders ncelenmiştir. Yaş grubu çocuklarının, sanatsal, duygusal ve psikolojik gelişimleri doğrultusunda, 11-15 yaş grubu çocuklarının ilgi, istek ve beklentilerine uygun olması göz önünde bulundurulmuştur. Ergenlik dönemdeki çocuklar, sanatsal çalışmalarında gözlemleri ve içsellikleri doğrultusunda duygularını anlatmayı tercih ederler. Bu dönemdeki çocuk yaşadığı duygusal ve fiziksel değişiklikler sonrası kendini ifade etme isteği içerisindedir. Sanat etkinlikleri hem bireyin kendini doğru bir şekilde anlatmasına hem de çocuğun doğru anlaşılmasında yararlı bir etkinliktir. Bu dönemde uygulanacak sanat eğitimi programının eğitici olmakla birlikte çocuğun kendini keşfetmesine olanak sağlaması gerekmektedir. Bu keşif sürecinde öğrenci özgür bırakılmalıdır. Bu onların sanatsal ve yaratıcı izdüşümü ortaya çıkarmalarına katkı sağlayacaktır. Bu tez çalışması, kendini ifade etme yetisinin geliştirilmesi açısından, Romantik resim akımı çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilmiş olan etkinliklerle, sanat eğitimcilerine bir rehber olabilmek çabasıyla hazırlanmıştır. This paper is based on the evaluation and the examination of the importance of gaining the ability to express him/ herself for an individual at 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade, the Notion ‘I’ and the artists in Romantic art movement which are the reflection of the Notion ‘I. Art setting in 19th century when notions like human values, individual desires, originality and intimateness came into prominence with the romantism art movement was searched and the search was conducted by searching for the conditions of this setting. The artists of romantic art movement were searched and sample visuals of different techniques were prepared. Moreover, analyzing the artistic development of the age groups, from eleven to fifteen, this thesis aims to choose accurate methods and techniques within the systems of education. The place and the importance of individuality as part of Visual Arts was searched and the schedules of 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades were examined in this context. All these studies were carefully planned considering the artistic, emotional and psychological developments between the ages of eleven to fifteen, in conformity with their wants, wishes and expectations. An individual experiencing adolescence gets through an intense emotional development process and they prefer expressing their feelings rather than their observations and examinations. Going through emotional and physical changes, the teens of those ages heavily need to express themselves and their sensations. In terms of explaining themselves and being understood by others, art activities are not only useful and effective but also necessary. Training programs of Art which take place in this period should be both informative and provide teens with the facility of exploring themselves. Through this exploration process, they are better to be independent, and use their imagination in the light of some guidelines; this will give them a chance and contribute highly to reveal their artistic and creative projections. As a whole, by considering the improvement of self expression, this thesis was written to be a guide for art teachers in terms of activities which take place in the Romantic Art movement.
