Ebû Sâlim el-Ayyâşî ve tekfîre ilişkin görüşleri

Abstract

Asırlar boyunca tartışa gelen avamın imanı ve onun tekfir edilmesi konusu, âlimler tarafından ele alınırken kendi dönemindeki avam tabakayı değerlendirmekle beraber geçmişte yaşamış olan avamın iman-küfür ilişkisini de değerlendirmişlerdir. Söz konusu âlimlerden birisi de Fas, Sicilmâse bölgesinde h. 11. yy.’da yaşamış olan Ebû Sâlim el-Ayyâşî’dir. O, avamı tekfir eden Bicâye âlimlerinin vârisi niteliğinde olan İbn Ebî Mahallî ve taraftarlarının, avamın inancı hakkında bir takım gerekçeler öne sürerek avamı tekfir ettiklerine şahit olmuştur. Bunun üzerine öne sürülen gerekçeleri çürütmek amacıyla el-Hukm Bi’l-Adl ve’l-İnsâf adlı eserini kaleme almıştır.Ebû Sâlim el-Ayyâşî’nin el-Hukm Bi’l-Adl ve’l-İnsâf adlı eseri bağlamında onun tekfîre dair görüşlerini konu ettiğimiz bu çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Ebû Sâlim el-Ayyâşî’nin hayatı ele alınarak gerek yakın yerlere gerekse uzak yerlere giderek farklı fikir dünyalarına mensup âlimlerle ders aldığı tespit edilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Ebû Sâlim el-Ayyâşî’nin, tekfir ve tasdik konusundaki görüşleri ve bu konuda yararlandığı âlimlerin fikirleri ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise avamın tekfir edilmesine ilişkin öne sürülen gerekçeler anlatılmış ve bu gerekçelerin tutarsızlığı ifade edilmiştir. Bu çalışmayla Ebû Sâlim el-Ayyâşî’nin, avamın tekfir edilmesinin yanlış olduğuna ilişkin görüşleri ortaya konulmuştur.

While the issue of the faith of the commoner and its takfir (apostasy), which was discussed for centuries, was evaluated by the scholars, they have also evaluated the relationship between the commoner's faith and blasphemy. One of these scholars is Abu Sâlim al-Ayyâşî, who lived in the Sicilmase region of modern day Morocco during the 11th century AH. Abu Salim al-Ayyashi wrote his book named al-Hukm Bi’l-Adl wa'l-Insaf, in order to refute the reasons that have been put forth by the followers of the inheritors of Bejaya such as Ibn Ebi Mahalli and his acquaintances, who have rejected the faith of the public due to a number of reasons.This study consists of three chapters in total. In the first chapter, the life of Abu Salim al-Ayyashi is discussed and was determined that he traveled to nearby and distant places to take lessons from scholars of different intellects. In the second chapter, the views of Abu Salim al-Ayyashi on the subject of faith and blasphemy and the ideas of the scholars he benefited from are explained. Finally, in the third chapter, the reasons that necessitate the rejection of the commoners' faith are explained and the inconsistency of these reasons are explained. With this study, it was concluded that the rejection of the commoners' faith is wrong
