Pnömatik sistem arızalarının giderilmesinde bir uzman sistem yaklaşımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, pnömatik sistem arızalarını tespit etmek ve gidermek için geliştirilen bir uzman sistem sunulmuştur. Geliştirilen Uzman Sistemin amacı, özellikle karmaşık pnömatik sistemlerde, bulunması zor ve uzun zaman alan arızaların tespiti ve çözümü hususunda, bakım teknisyenlerinin hızlı ve doğru karar vermelerine yardımcı olmaktır. Yazılımın hazırlanmasında Visual Basic ve Microsoft Access kullanılmıştır. Geliştirilen uzman sistem yazılımı, genel sistem arızalarının tespit edilmesi ve çözümünde kullanılabilir. Pnömatik sistem tasarımı ile ilgili problemlerin tespitinde ve çözümünde ise FLUIDSIM-P yazılımı kullanılmıştır. FLUIDSIM-P, pnömatik sistemlerin tasarım ve simülasyonuna imkan veren Bilgisayar Destekli Tasarım ve Eğitim aracıdır. Yazılım, tasarımcılara, tasarım aşamasında problemlerin tespiti ve çözümü için yardımcı olur. Pnömatik sistem elemanlarının orijinal resimleri ve sembolleri tasarımcılara yardımcı olmak için program içine yerleştirilmiştir.In this study, an expert system developed is presented to find and chase failures in pneumatic systems. The purpose of the expert system is to help maintenance technicians, specially at complex pneumatic systems, to make their decisions quickly and directly about detection. It also helps produce solutions to the problems take long time diagnosed. In software development, Visual Basic and Microsoft Access are used. The expert system developed can be used mainly detection and solution of general system failures. To find and solve the pneumatic system design problems, the FLUIDSIM_P software is used. FLUIDSIM is one of the Computer Aided Design-and Education tool for designing and simulation of the pneumatic systems. The software enables the designers to find and solve the problems at design stage. Pneumatic system elements pictures and the standart symbols are given in the program to help the designers.
