BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİNİN İLKÖG?RETİM MÜZİK DERSİNDE KULLANIMINA YÖNELİK ÖG?RETMEN GÖRÜŞLERİNİN DEG?ERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Günlük hayatımızda neredeyse bir gereksinim haline gelen bilişim teknolojileri her alanda olduğu gibi eğitim alanında da gün geçtikçe yaygınlaşmaktadır. İlgili literatür incelendiğinde, eğitim-öğretim faaliyetlerinde farklı alanlarda bilişim teknolojilerinin kullanımına yönelik pek çok çalışma ya da araştırma ile karşılaşılsa da müzik dersinde bilişim teknolojilerinin kullanımı ile ilgili çalış- maların eksikliği dikkat çekmektedir. Bu bağlamda, bilişim teknolojilerinin ilköğretim müzik dersinde kullanımına yönelik çalışmaların eksikliği araştırmanın problem durumunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu araştırmada, bilişim teknolojilerinin ilköğretim müzik dersinde kullanı- mına yönelik öğretmen görüşlerinin ortaya çıkartılarak değerlendirilmesi amaç- lanmıştır. Araştırmada, öğretmen görüşlerinin değerlendirilebilmesi amacıyla 11 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmıştır. Görüşme formu, Bilişim Teknolojilerinde Öğretmen Eğitim Durumu, Materyal ve Teknik Donanım ile Uygulama kapsamında 3 ayrı boyutta değerlendirilmiştir. Hazırlanan görüşme formu Türkiye'nin farklı illerinde ve ortaokullarında görev yapmakta olan 30 müzik öğretmenine uygulanmış ve toplanan veriler içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak incelenmiş, frekans ve yüzde değerleri göz önüne alınarak yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada, uygulanan görüşme formu sonucunda elde edilen bulgular ortaya konularak mevcut durum tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara dayanarak, bilişim teknolojilerinin müzik dersindeki kullanımına ilişkin çözüm önerilerine yer verilmiştir. Araştırma, bu alanda şimdiye kadar yapılan mevcut bir durum değerlendirmesi olmadığından ve alanla ilgili diğer çalışmalara basamak teşkil edeceğinden dolayı önem taşımaktadır.

Information technologies that is almost a necessity in our daily life has become widespread in education field as in all other fields with each passing day. When we look up for the related literature, we encounter many studies about the practice of information technologies in education facilities in different fields. Yet, the absence of similar studies about the practice of information technologies in education facilities in music class is noticed. In this respect, that practice absence in music class constitutes the problem status of our study.The aim of this study is to reveal teacher's opinion about the subject and to evaluate the teacher's point of views about the practice of information technologies in primary education music class.In this study, semi-structured interview form that includes 11 questions was used as a data collection tool to evaluate teacher's point of views. The interview form was evaluated from three different contents: Teacher's Education Level in Information Technologies, Material and Technical Equipment, and Practice. Prepared interview forms were carried out by 30 different music teachers who worked in primary schools in different cities in Turkey and collected data was analyzed by using content analysis method. The results were commented and evaluated considering frequency and percentage value.In this study, the results of applied interview forms were analyzed and assessment was determined. Depending on the results, solution suggestions about the practice of information technologies in music class were offered.The absence of existing assessment of the subject until now makes this study important and also the study will constitute a basis step for further studies about the subject in the field.
