Abstract
KÜLTÜRLERARASI İLETİŞİMDE DIŞ GÖÇ OLGUSU VE KİMLİK SORUNU: 1989 YILINDA BULGARİSTAN’DAN TÜRKİYE’YE GELEN TÜRK GÖÇMENLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR ÇALIŞMA (İSTANBUL-İKİTELLİ ÖRNEĞİ) Türkiye, tarihsel konumu nedeni ile yoğun olarak dış göçe maruz kalmış bir ülkedir. Önemli oranda göçmen nüfusu, ülke nüfusu içerisinde yer almaktadır. Bulgaristan Türklerinin Türkiye’ye olan göçleri, dış göçler arasında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Göçmenlerin dahil oldukları yeni toplumda yaşadıkları uyum sorunları sadece onları değil, tüm toplumu igilendiren ve etkileyen konulardır. Bu tez çalışması; İstanbul-İkitelli bölgesi Göçmen Konutları özelinde, 1989 yılında Bulgaristan’dan Türkiye’ye göç etmiş olan Bulgaristan Türklerinin topluma uyum aşamasında yaşadıkları kültür, kimlik ve aidiyet sorunlarını tespit etmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Çalışmada; Bulgaristan’daki Türk varlığının tarihsel süreç içerisinde oluşumu, gelişimi ve Türklerin yaklaşık beşyüz yıl süren hakimiyetleri sonrasında azınlık durumuna düşmeleri, çeşitli baskı ve asimilasyon politikalarına maruz kalmaları anlatılmıştır. Çalışmanın devamında, Bulgaristan Türklerinin 1989 yılındaki Türkiye’ye göç süreci incelenmiştir. Son olarak; İstanbul-İkitelli bölgesi Göçmen Konutları özelinde, 1989 Bulgaristan göçmenlerinin göç sonrasında topluma uyum aşamasında yaşadıkları kültür, kimlik ve aidiyet sorunlarını tespit etmek amacıyla bir anket çalışması uygulanmış ve sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir.
THE OUTER MIGRATION FACT AND IDENTITY PROBLEM IN INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION: THE STUDY ABOUT THE TURKISH IMMIGRANTS WHO CAME TO TURKEY FROM BULGARIA IN 1989 (THE SAMPLE OF ISTANBUL-IKITELLI) Turkey is a country that has been exposed to emigration intensively due to his historical position. There is a considerable amount of immigrant population throughout the country’s population. The immigration of Bulgarian Turks to Turkey has occupied an important place through all emigrations. The adaptation problem that immigrants have faced in the new community is not the only issue of them and is also being concerned and affected by the whole society. This thesis is carried out in the particular district of Istanbul-Ikitelli Immigrant Houses, to determine the culture, identity and belonging issues in the phase of adaptation that Bulgarian Turks immigrating to Turkey from Bulgaria in 1989. In this study, it is expalained the occurence and development of Turkish inbeing in Bulgaria over the course of history, being minority after their 500 years domination in the region, and being subjected to various restraints and assimilation policy. Afterwards, it is examined the process of the emigration of Bulgarian Turks to Turkey in 1989. In conclusion, a questionnaire study is fulfilled, in the particular district of Istanbul-Ikitelli Immigrant House, to determine culture, identity and belonging problems that Bulgarian immigrants of 1989 faced after the immigration in the phase of adaptation to society, and then the results of it are evaluated.
