HERMENÖTİK-TEVİL İLİŞKİSİ VE TEFSİRDEKİ YERİ Tefsir alanında, hermeneutik-tevil ilişkisi ve tefsirdeki yeri son dönemin önemli konularından biridir. Hermeneutik ve tevil kelimeleri çok genel manada yorum anlamına gelmektedir. Bununla birlikte bu iki kavramın ayrı ayrı sunumu, onların mahiyeti ile ilgili bilgi verebileceği gibi aynı zamanda ilişkisi sorusuna da cevap verebilecek altyapıyı sağlar. Bu tez çalışmamızdaki temel amacımız ise, bir yorum metodu / sanatı olan hermeneutiğin tefsir ilmine uygulanabilirliği meselesidir. Tezimizde ilk olarak tevilin lügat anlamını ve Kuran-ı Kerim 'deki kullanımını, ardından tevilin terim anlamını inceledik: Tefsir usulünde ve farklı disiplinlerde tevil. Son olarak tevili kabul edilebilirlik açısından iki başlık altında ele aldık: Sahih ve batıl tevil. Orijinal kaynaklara başvurmayı tarihsel gelişimi anlatmaya tercih ettik. Bundan sonra hermeneutiğin mitolojik arka planı ve sözlük anlamı verildi, ardından hermeneutiğin tarihsel gelişimi üzerine çalışıldı. Asıl konumuz olan hermeneutiğin tefsire uygulanabilirliğini tespit etmek üzere çağdaş dönemdeki hermeneutiği daha ayrıntılı olarak ele alındı. Bu dönemle ilgili olarak özellikle dört isim üzerinde duruldu. Bunlar Friedrich Schleirmacher, Wilhelm Dilthey, Martin Heiddeger, Hans Georg Gadamer'dir. Hermeneutiğin tefsire uygulanabilirliği konusunu üç ana başlık altında incelemeye çalıştık. Vahiy, peygamberlik makamı, metin farklılığı. Ayrıca İslam dünyasında hermeneutiği kendi tefsir metodolojilerinde kullanan Hasan Hanefi, Nasr Hamid Ebu Zeyd, FazlurRahman gibi birkaç ismin hermeneutiklerini tanıtmaya çalıştık. Son olarak Tefsir ilminde hermeneutik (ler) bir ihtiyaç mıdır? konusunu inceledik. Bu konu tefsir metodolojisiyle ilgili son dönem çalışmalarında henüz yeterli derecede incelenmemiştir. Hermeneutic and tevil generally mean interpretation . By the way, the presentation of these terms separetely give us not only their contents but also their relationship. In this thesis our aim is to investigate the practicability of hermeneutic that is an interpretation method on the quranic commentary science. In this thesis, firstly the dictionary meaning of tevil and the its usage on the Quran Kerim, then its technical expression were studied: these are tevil on the quranic commentary procedure and different disciplines. Lastly, tevil is considered into two headgears. These are baseless and authentic tevil. We prefer the original resources to historical process at this stage. After that the mithological background of hermeneutic and its dictionary meaning was given, then its historical process was studied. The hermeneutic on the contemporary age was researched detailed in order determine the it practicability on the quranic commentary. Especially with the related to this term four men, Friedrich Schleirmacher, Wilhelm Dilthey, Martin Heiddeger, Hans Georg Gadamer were researched. We try to scruntinize the practicability of hermeneutic to the quranic commentary into the three headgears: i:revelation, ii: by way of prophethood, iii: text differentiation. Besides, we try to present the hermeneutic of scientists like Hasan Hanefi, Nasr Hamid Ebu Zeyd, FazlurRahman using hermeneutic in their quranic commentary methodoligies.At the end this question was resarched 'is the hermeneutic(s) a need into the quranic commentary science ?'. As a conclusion, in the recent studies related to the quranic commentary methodology, this subject is not studied sufficiently.
