Publication: İki tip alümina seramik kaplamanın elektrik izolasyon özellikleri
Abstract
Termal püskürtme yöntemlerinin kullanımı endüstride oldukça yaygındır. Termal püskürtme prosesi kaplanacak malzemenin dizayn kolaylığını, ekonomikliğini ve kaplama malzemesinin çok amaçlı kullanımını (aşınma direnci, korozyon direnci, yüksek sıcaklığa direnç gibi) sağlamaktadır. Seramik toz püskürterek seramik kaplama uygulamaları gittikçe artan başarılı uygulamaları ile yeni bir prosestir. Elektrik izolasyon amaçlı seramik kaplamalar; alternatörlerdeki pozitif ve negatif diyodlar arasını izole etmek, yarı iletken entegre kılıflarını izole etmek gibi amaçlar için kullanılabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada; seramik kaplamalar plazma püskürtme tekniği ile elde edilmiştir ve plazma püskürtme tekniği ile kaplanmış alümina esaslı seramik kaplamaların elektrik izolasyon özellikleri incelenmiştir.
The using of the thermal spraying processes for ceramic coatings are fairly widespread in industry. Thermal spraying processes have provided easiness of desigh flexibility of the substrate, economy and multipurpo¬se using of coating materials (like wear resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal barrier and etc.). The application of ceramic coatings by the powder spray process isa new field, with the number of practical successful applications increasing rapidly. The electrical insulator purposed ceramic coatings can be used to insulate between the positive and negative diodes, to insulate semiconductor device packages and etc. In this study, the ceramic coatings were obtained by plasma spraying and plasma sprayed alumina based ceramic coatings electrical insulation characteristics had been investigated.
