Abstract
17. yüzyıldan itibaren Batı merkezli bir modernleşme hareketi ile karşılaşan İslamdünyası, devlet ve toplum planında türlü sarsıntılar geçirmiş ve bünyesinde bir değişimihtiyacı ortaya çıkmıştır. Galip-mağlup ilişkisi ve sosyal psikolojisi eşliğinde gelişen tarihîseyir, İslam dünyasının tamamına yakınını Batılı sömürgeci ülkelerin işgali ve sömürgeolgusu ile muhatap kılarak toplumsal sorunların sayısını artırmış ve böylece değişimkaçınılmaz bir hal almıştır. İşgal ve sömürgeciliğin sebep olduğu bunalım ortamı, budarboğazdan çıkış için yoğun tartışmaları tetiklemiş; bu tartışmalar daha ziyade, gelişmişsiyasî, askerî ve teknik gücüyle Batı’nın temsil ettiği düşünülen kültür ve medeniyetkavramları etrafında yoğunlaşmıştır. 1830-1962 yılları arasında Fransa’nın sömürgesi olanCezayir’de doğup büyüyen Malik bin Nebi, bir düşünür olarak Cezayir özelinde İslamdünyasının temel problemlerine ve bunların çözüm yollarına dikkat çekmiştir. O, İslamdünyasının probleminin temelde bir medeniyet problemi olduğunu ve sömürüye yatkın olmahalinin meseleyi karmaşıklaştırdığını düşünmektedir. Bu bağlamda yaptığı medeniyetanalizi/ şeması ve pedagojik kültür man toplumların gerikalmışlıksorununu aşmayı ve onları tarihî misyonlarına tekrar kavuşturmayı amaçlamıştır. Malik b.Nebi’nin geliştirdiği analiz şeması, benzer sorunlarla uğraşan bugünkü İslam Dünyası içinönemli katkılar yapabilecek bir potansiyele sahiptir.
Faced with a Western-centered modernization movement from the 17th centuryonwards, the Islamic world has undergone various concussions in the state and society planand a need for change has emerged within it. The course developed with the victory-defeatrelationship and social psychology raised a variety of social problems in almost all of theIslamic world confronted with the occupation and colonial phenomena of Western colonialcountries and thus the change became inevitable. The crisis of occupation and colonialism hastriggered intense debates to overcome this bottleneck. These discussions especially focusedon the concepts of culture and civilization, which were thought to be represented by the Westwith its developed political, military and technical power. Malik bin Nebi, born and raised inAlgeria, the colony of France between 1830 and 1962, drew attention to the fundamentalproblems of the Islamic world in Algeria and their solutions. He thinks that the problem of theIslamic world is basically a problem of civilization and that the tendency to exploitationcomplicates the issue. In this context, with the civilization analysis/ scheme and pedagogicalculture program, it aimed to overcome the problem of backwardness of Muslim societies andbring them back to their historical missions. Malik b. The analysis scheme developed by Nebihas the potential to make significant contributions to the Islamic world today, dealing withsimilar problems.
