dc.description.abstractMassive pulmonary hemorrhage is a potentially fatal complication of pulmonary endarterectomy. We describe a successful management in which the patient's right lower lobe bronchus was occluded with a Fogarty balloon catheter while on peripheral venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation.
